Hotel looked very nice, my room was excellent. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They had a known restaurant on the first floor and a good ATM very close, that was very comfortable.

The traffic outside was very bad and the location was not very good, there really was no where to walk, but very beautiful areas were a short ride away. Breakfast at this hotel was, the worst one I experienced in Vietnam.

I wanted to visit SECC. The hotel is around 2.5 km from SECC. Staff was very helpful and went out of the way to help for check in, arrange vegetarian breakfast. They also helped to get Local sim, book local taxi and provide all information sought. They understood english exceptionallly well.

The carpets can be more clean. Tea options in room can be added.

Some parts of the room had been updated, staff were helpful.

Other parts of the room were old ie wardrobe was falling apart. Bed was a little lumpy.

Unfortunately we didn't like anything about this hotel.

The room wasn't cleaned or dusted. We had to spray the room due to cockroaches etc. The bed was hard. Only one pillow each. The lead for the TV was hanging out exposing a live wire in the lead. No cover on the drain in the shower. Very much in need of refurbishment. Breakfast was terrible. Nothing that suited us to eat (and we're not that fussy and will eat most things) We had dry bread instead as there was no butter. We were handed a half used jar of peanut butter. No way was I using that. No milk for tea and cream was too sweet for the coffee. Not a good start to the day. We will never be back and would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. Stayed here only one night and moved to a better hotel and location.

Staff were friendly, helpful and responsive.

There was no aircon in the hallway so it made it really hard to breathe.

The girl staff at the reception is very helpful.

The location!! It’s too far from the city center. People around the hotel couldn’t speak basic English, so it’s very difficult to communicate with each other. Even the staff at the hotel couldn’t speak English. There is no tissue box in the room.
