The cleanest hotel we've had in Vietnam so far! Very spacey room, nice staff. We very much enjoyed our stay here! Great rooms with comfortable beds, good internetand all facilites needed are available. The even have a free shuttle bus to the beach.

Does not have the best location, but you know that beforehand! Apart from that, why we can't give a 10, some of the facilities are a bit lacking, like the gym and the pool. And sadly the sauna, which is normally free, is only for money. We also think the food isn't the best, why we went outside to eat, even for the breakfast.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The staff is friendly. You can order room service, visit the spa, and even go up to the rooftop restaurant. The breakfast was quite varied and tasty as well. I enjoyed everything. You don’t need to leave the hotel; everything you need is inside. They also helped us with the bus when we were leaving, arranging for it to pick us up directly from the hotel. If you go to the pool, they’ll pamper you to the fullest. They bring everything and help with anything. I worked near the pool, and every time I arrived, the young guy who worked there would bring me a stack of towels so I could place my laptop on them, making it more comfortable to work on the lounger. It was such a sweet gesture.

The only thing we would like to mention is that we celebrated New Year’s Eve at the restaurant, and the event organization wasn’t great. The DJ left early, and then the staff just switched tracks, turning them off in the middle. It was strange, but overall, it didn’t spoil our impression of staying at this hotel.

The whole experience was exceptional from the moment we stepped off the bus the staff were there to help us with our bags and take us into the hotel where the check in process was quick and easy. We were given a refreshing welcome drink and the lady explained timings for breakfast etc. We were given two keys which most other properties don’t do. The pool is amazing, it’s not heated but that makes it perfect to cool down in. We had salt coffee up there which was delicious. The gym is basic but there is some good weights equipment as well as a couple of treadmills. Breakfast was great lots of choice and the staff there are so friendly. The rooftop lounge is great too, we didn’t eat there but the menu looked good and the cocktails were fab! The beach is a couple of minutes walk away but the hotel also provides a buggy to take you there. On our last day the lovely lady on reception let us stay in our room for a bit longer as our bus wasn’t until later in the day. We are travelling and only had a couple of days here as we have the next stops booked but if I had known how lovely it was here I would have booked longer. It’s reasonably priced and we stayed in a deluxe double with a sea view. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

There is nothing I can think of that I didn’t like. It was all wonderful

Stayed for five nights on the 12th floor. The room had a comfortable bed and was well cleaned, though slightly worn, which seems typical for Vietnam's climate, as it can tarnish buildings more quickly than in the Nordics. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with the best Bánh Xèo and Nước Chấm I had during my stay, and the coffee was wonderful and chocolatey. The room wasn’t soundproof, and there was quite a bit of noise from the elevator and the road outside, with motor sounds and honking. However, the view of the ocean was beautiful, providing a lovely backdrop to the stay. The staff was great—polite and very attentive. The location was convenient, with easy access to essential destinations, and Grab and taxis were readily available for getting around. Restaurants in the immediate area were very tourist-oriented, so for a more authentic food experience, it’s worth heading closer to or into the village, where you can find both restaurants and street food. Alternatively, Phan Thiet city also offers great local dining options. Exeption is Phở Hiền (Quán ăn khuya ở Mũi Né), about 5min walk from the hotel, best pho in the area with good quality meat.

Noise from elevator and road outside

The rooms are lovely - modern and incredibly clean. The location is central. The pool area is ok for Vietnam. Breakfast standard offering for a buffet in Vietnam - not bad but nothing to write home about. Staff friendly.

The pool was very cold and the pool area windy due to it being on the roof. Also (and this obviously is not the hotel’s fault) a dog barked incessantly all night long - even from the 8th floor I felt like it was in my bed with me. So loud. If I went to Mũi Ne again (which I Hope to god I never have to) I’d stay in a resort on the beach instead.

Breakfast, a swimming pool and a view from my room and the bistro was amazing.staff always was doing the best to make me feel comfortable.

It’s inconvenient to book spa procedures, one has to sit at the spa’s reception and hope that someone will appear (seems all ladies also are providing the services) and there’s no possibility to book the sessions upfront at the receptionist. I end up coming back 2x to get an appointment and both times waiting 10-20x. But the procedures were really nice and the staff very friendly and caring.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff truly made the experience exceptional: incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They went above and beyond by assisting us with bus schedules and arranging tours, which made exploring the area so much easier. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch hospitality!

The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable and spacious! The staff were friendly and welcoming. I had difficulty with the breakfast and they brought me every day plain Jogurt and fruits so that I could enjoy my Joghurt with fruits

The breakfast was not my taste. A lot of warm food like noodles, soups and meat .. and no continental food except of fruits and eggs. But other than that Great Hotel

The staff is super nice and makes you feel super special. They have the nicest infinity pool, you can get delicious drinks and fresh coconuts at the pool bar. If you book your room, make sure to book with sea view. The view is stunning and you‘re in awe everytime you come home to your room or you‘re waking up. Also when you shower, you can see the sea FROM YOUR SHOWER!

My boyfriend has a real sweet tooth, so he would have wished for more sweet options at breakfast time.

It is a new hotel. Facility is clean. staff are very helpfull and friendly. Very good location.
