The location in relation to the beach and local facilities was outstanding. A short step to the beach and adjacent to the main strip. The beach facing pool and the view from the rooftop terrace were also excellent. The staff were all polite and helpful and the food available was tasty and fresh. Our room on the third floor had a great view of the ocean and a spacious balcony.

Some of the facilities were a little tired and in need of cleaning or repair....this was particularly noticeable outside in the beach/pool area. Also, there was a lack of detailed information about the food, drinks, etc., on offer and when the bar and restaurant facilities were open.

We really enjoyed the pool facilities and the breakfast was delicious too. the beach is just a step off of the pool area and it was so relaxing to just lay on one of the chairs and watch the kite surfing! The hotel is in a good location too. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

I noticed that our bathroom shower and the sinks were a little bit dusty and had a few stains (just a small detail but nothing major). The bed sheet doesn’t fit the bed well so it crumples up when you sleep. The inner of the bedding was covered by two sheets and not a duvet set.

good location staff very friendly and welcoming- especially the bar staff and breakfast waitress- they really made our stay good value for the size of the rooms nice pool area and beach area dinner on the beach was lovely

Staff at sooooooo lovely! If I had to stay in this hotel for a month I would. They treat you like you are part of the family and look after you so well. beautiful views from the room and rooftop. The beach is stunning!

Aircon wouldn’t switch off so was freezing, only had hot water on 1 out of 4 days.

Rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. Had the "seaview" room which had a nice balcony and view. Breakfast was simple but enough on weekdays, but was a great buffet selection on weekends. Staff are kind and helpful, though there are some language barriers (same with rest of Vietnam). The pool is possibly the best feature, right by the beach with plenty of private sunbeds. Located on the quieter side of town, though it could be because Mui Ne is still recovering from the pandemic, but there are enough options for (delicious) food and fruit juices within walking distance.

If I had to nitpick, it took a long time for the AC to cool the room, and didn't have the option of having a spare card to keep the power running, unless we untied the key from the card.

The room was large, as was the bathroom! It has a balcony view of the beach. Staff were friendly and accommodating and spoke pretty good English! I'm vegan and the kitchen made me two dishes of noodles for breakfast 🥺. Even the buffet breakfast had a wide variety which was nice. The pool was lovely and right on the beach. No pool bar working though.good location (short tuk tiki or scooter away from the restaurants).

Location right on the beach, easy walk to the street and shops (though many shops still closed because of Corona). All staff very friendly, responsive, and competent. Beautiful interior rooms and views.

Nothing to complain about, just an excellent place to stay in Mui Ne. One potential annoyance: a new resort is under construction on the south side next to Unique. It was quiet while I was there, construction slowdown, but if it starts up again, it would be noisy for any even-numbered rooms looking at the construction site. Suggest requesting rooms odd numbers on the north side.

Great location awesome to have a private beach, Shower took a very long time to heat up and in our second room air-conditioning was on all the time with no adjustability However everything else was good

The resort location is very convenient, the beach is clean and safe, the staff is extremely friendly and dedicated to guests!

Perhaps due to the temporary closure due to the Covid-19 epidemic, the rooms and equipment are degraded, hopefully the resort will renew in the near future!
