The hotel is in such a wonderful setting, offering such stunning views to the visitor and guest. It is peaceful and just idyllic. The concept of the rooms lends itself so well to the lie of the land and gives it a totally unique offering. The restaurant offers some very unique dishes for dinner and the variety is great. The facilities are absolutely 100%. It is a truly wonderful gem. I was looking for a tour and enjoyed the private tour to the bird sanctuary Tra Sur some 50 kilometres away. It also included a Kmer village with temple and silk weaving. Showing the variety of communities in this area. The tour guide was well-informed and shared the history and stories very confidently.

There is nothing negative

The view is fantastic from the top of the mountain, especially at sunrise and sunset. Each room is like a little bungalow with your own patio to sit out on. The staff was very accommodating and super helpful in locating me a motorbike driver to take me to the nearby temples as soon as I got there as well as a taxi to take me to the Cham village early the next morning. Chau Doc was the highlight of my entire trip to Vietnam, in part because staying Victoria was so nice, and I wish I spent more time there. Definitely visit the Hang Pagoda! Dinner was also tasty with big portions.

the slightly forlorn look around the pool..the pool bar which was never open..the pool umbrellas which didn't work.. it lost it's five stars because it had an empty unloved feel around the pool area.. It just seems the customers don't really make use of it, but maybe it's a vicious circle.

We really enjoy the stay and we get what we expect. The staff is really focused to the client and you have the feeling that all of them are there because of you. Very helpful receptionist helped us to arrange a motobike for reasonable price and we enjoy the surroundings. I also like small details like anniversary compliment, welcome letter etc. As I used to work in five star hotel for many years I know what I want and I really get it there.

We came 30 minutes before end of breakfast and the buffet was from 80% empty, so we have really limited options for food. I understand that is not necessery to fill the food to full at the buffet, but I'll appreciate the question from staff if we want to bring something from the missing items just in small portions for us - I mean especially pastry and ham.

Beautiful views overlooking the fields. Good walking distance to mountaintop so we went for early morning hikes. Large balconies where you can spend quality time with your travel companions. Friendly and helpful staffs.

Breakfast arrangement is a bit odd to us (like cereals and milk are in separate stations etc.) but not a huge deal.

The views are beautiful, rooms comfortable, and breakfast buffet tasty. We’ve been here a couple of times already (annual trip to the temple) and really enjoy it.

Not about the property itself, but we were just a bit rushed this visit and weren’t able to fully partake of the options.

Great location with amazing view points, all the main sightseeing are nearby. Breakfast is sumptuous. We ordered traditional dishes/set for dinner, and it was amazing. Service is excellent. Everyone is super helpful with a big smile, except for the receptionists.

The only complain we have about the facility is for the mattress and pillows. They are super hard, not firm but hard, not sure what they're made off. Very interesting! It took us a while to check out. They will need to pay attention to who is there first, instead of serving whoever is better at cutting line.

Beautiful hotel, the landscape unbelievable - it looks like a painting. The pool is well maintained and the stuff is friendly. Breakfasts are good with a lot of options and the evening restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes. Overall it was a good experience, thank you for having us :)

Nice and clean room, view was nice, breakfast buffet was great. Lady at reception spoke great English, check in was smooth and very welcoming.

It’s more of a resort, no restaurants around the property so you’re pretty much made to dine in their restaurant which is quite expensive compared to other areas of Vietnam.

It might be slightly away from the town, but it’s well worth the extra drive for this exceptional location, looking out over the paddy fields for miles. Staff were very welcoming, and we loved our room and bed. Food and drinks at the restaurant were also very nice.

The only regret we have is that we couldn’t stay longer.
