The staff in general were great, but one particular member of staff was exceptional. He helped up endlessly from the moment we stepped off the boat, until the moment we parted ways. 11/10 customer service, and he cracked some decent jokes too!

The food/restaurant situation. No particular qualms with breakfast, it was basic, a bit small and a bit ordinary. But, it was perfectly fine considering the price point. The food we ordered for dinner however, was no better and the prices were comparable to places in town that served a much better alternative.

The view from our bedroom was incredible ! We were able to watch the sunset, and we loved it. A real escape in the countryside of Chau Do. The room and bathroom were also very good, clean, and spacious. Everything was functional and attentive. The location was also good for us (we had a scooter) and the staff friendly and helpful!

About the breakfast, if the bread had been fresh, it would have been even better ! Water refill would be a plus

we stayed in a room at the back of the property which had an amazing view. the staff were very friendly and helpful, although sometimes there were some difficulties communicating. inexpensive rentals of the pedal bikes which made for a fun day out!

the sheets had some marks on them, in retrospect if we had asked for different ones they no doubt would’ve been changed. the wet room shower had very slippery flooring.

The English speaking lady staff was extremely helpful, she organized our tour to the jungle forest, the fishing farm and Cham village and the trip to the mountain. The hotel has a restaurant which was good. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff was really helpful and kind, the view from the room and the breakfast salon is unbeatable! The room was quite big and comfortable. Overall, it's well worth staying here

The hotel is quite far from the actual center and riverside, a good 30 mins walk. However, the location is quiet and with amazing views

This was a really pleasant homestay with modern rooms and facilities. Our room was very spacious with large comfortable beds. It also had a large fridge and coffee/tea set-up. We loved the view from the balcony over fields and forests. We also appreciated the help of the staff in arranging a tour of Tra Su bird sanctuary with moto drivers and bus tickets. They also called our arriving bus and arranged for us to be dropped off at the hotel. There are some nice restaurants and great pho nearby. We also enjoyed taking the ferry to visit the Cham community.

To go early morning coffee and roll with egg was very basic, but still happy something was available!

Spacious room with view on the ricefields. But more important the service of the hotel to help us with our trip. They took care of organising ferry and taxi for crossing the border to Cambodja and explained everything. We also use the hotel bicycles for visiting the temples near by.

Everything was ok. The breakfast was simple but we were glad that they also offrered a small baguette in stead of a Asuan breakfast.

Outlook from the windows over rice paddy and coconut plantation was excellent. Staff very helpful. Certainly value for money.

The staff at Little Saigon are exceptional. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. The restaurant is good. I recommend rooms adjoining balcony with big windows. The view is wonderful, rice paddies, birds and frog song at night. We would come again.

Wow what a beautiful view. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I rented a scooter directly from them. The room was large and clean.
