When traveling in Vietnam especially as a Westerner one has to keep their expectations, I wouldn't say low but not to the same standards as a chain hotel in the West or even in Europe, Everyone at the hotel was super friendly from the outside security guy to make sure that you parked the car in the correct spot to the bellman who would handle all your luggage and greet you with a friendly smile even though we arrived quite late . Some of the furniture were little worn but everything was super clean if I'm ever back in the area I will definitely stay there again.

Some of the hotels in Vietnam don't offer wash Cloths, But that's just a minor problem

Central location; very helpful and friendly staff, who helped us with several transportation arrangements; extensive and good breakfast buffet; good bed and shower. I would stay at Vhsu Khuong hotel again.

I would have preferred that the description on Booking mentions that the room doesn't have any windows. There were no rooms with windows available anymore to upgrade to, as most of the rooms don't have a window. There's a bit of a musty smell in the room when entering. It turned out fine, it got better, but it was a surprise.

Nice clean room, right size. Warm wather right away in the shower. Very good room service. Brekfast alsow ok - bit vietnamese oriented but hei - we are in Vietnam :)

Wide and clean rooms. Nice rooftop where breakfast is served. Very helpful staff, they helped us to arrange transfers and transport.

We had a room with balcony but no chairs on the balcony. It will be convenient to have those to enjoy the view. Quality of coffee at breakfast can be slightly improved. Staff doesn’t speak good English, we could communicate with google translate so finally that’s a minor inconvenience.

It was one of the best breakfast we had during the 3 weeks in Vietnam. They had so many options and good quality food. Great location in the heart of Long Xuyen City. Within walking distance to eateries and shops. The hotel was nice and clean. Would recommend it.

The room was large and very comfortable! The view of the city was amazing too. We greatly enjoyed the breakfast they offered as well!

Be warned the elevators are SUPER tiny. We just had one suit case, a couple of backpacks, two adults and one small child but we barley fit in one elevator. If you travel with lots of luggage be prepared for multiple trips 😂

I would recommend this hotel. Perfect location for walking distance to local restaurants and shops. The buffet was delicious, varieties of different dishes (mostly Vietnamese dishes).

room is new and super clean. The breakfast is outrageous! consider with this price, the room is on point with the good location, good food and good service. The rental motor is brand new and the staffs were so nice

I wish there was a window and better sound proof! there was a chipped bowl, I announced to one of the staff and he was like ok, as if it wasn’t that important! imagine if someone hurts trying to drink soup in that bowl!

We really want to thank Thao My who was at the desk. She helps us to solve our problems linked to travel reservations. Thanks to her, we can have a good stay. She also arrange for us the visit of the floatting market. She was very kind and professional

The breakfast was one of the best parts of the experience. They had a great selection for everyone, including proteins, pastries, and good breakfast drinks (coffee, milk, etc...) I'd almost come here again just for the breakfast.
