We stayed in the Chau Khuong Hotel on the first night then checked in this property to experience the Marina Plaza side. It was kind of nice and less busy than in the city on the other side of the river. The property is spacious and clean. However the second bathroom is small and has odd design without a shower screen where the water sprayed everywhere we had a shower. The property has a small balcony overlook the river which was kind of nice. The living room was great for relaxing however there wasn't an air con. Overall we enjoyed staying at the property. BTW breakfast vouchers where included where we used them at one of the nearby restaurants.

Nothing aside the odd bathroom.

Everything is perfect for me. and When the bathroom had a little matter, The staffs helped me quickly.

But there was a little problem with the air conditioner remote controller. When I tried to turn on the air conditioner with the remote controller, It wasn't easy.

Great location for long Xuyen, easy walk to everything. Easy check in, very safe and clean.

The bathroom was basic, just a shower hose next to the toilet with a drain in the floor. , no separate shower.

Spacious, comfortable and clean room. Very nice bedroom. Great location.

Small bathroom. The staff has a poker face look, not particularly helpful with the check-in. Breakfast should have included with that premium price tag for such a small city as Long Xuyen.

Clean and facilities

I prefer lower floors however it was a last minute decision. Bed was too close to balcony not a lot of room to move.

bathroom and shower layout is quite small and oddly situated.

Generally clean, decent space for four people. A little further away from main shops/markets if you were to walk but close to vincom plaza which was convenient. Staff were nice.

Main lobby was spacious but lacked aircon so really hot and humid especially if you have to wait there. Elevator ventilation was low, just enough to not pass out. One of our bedsheets had stain marks. Cleaning lady left dirty towels in one of the rooms after cleaning.
