The very good location - not far from food court (Dong Vui Food Court - many different cuisines and good prices), not far from Muine and Than Thief. We lived in front of the sea with own terrace good equipped. The celing was dirty and we cleaned it. Sand on the beach isn't perfect and sea water was a little bit dirty (includes a few plastic). And there is beautiful large hotel territory and free billiard. Breakfast is modest, furniture is a little bit old and fridge was full of ice (not for cocktails)). In total it is a good variant for quality vs. price.

Staff was incredibly nice and answers all our questions and requests. The site is really nice (with the pool) and direct access to the beach. Really good restaurants nearby (only few minutes by foot)

Can be a little bit crowded on the weekend, and we had a team-building activities near the pool which can break the calmness. Beach was not super clean and the soundproofing of the room could be better. You are a little far of the main area of the street, but to be honest this is not bad in a way.

Territory is green and well serviced. Beach was cleaned every morning. Staff was friendly and helpful

I would appreciate mosquitos net on windows and some kind of gym. Pineapples were always available on nearby market, fresh and juicy, though on breakfast it was offered only 3 times a week

Great location on a nice part of the Long Beach. Wonderful, large Garden. Deluxe Pool view room was large and comfortable. Walking distance to many restaurants and Ding Van Food Court

It seems that 99% of the clients are Russians. That made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Service at breakfast could be better. Plates with food where often empty and staff had to be told to fill up.

Beach front villa is amazing! Lovely beach right on your door steps, beautiful garden , lovely pool and good location to explore the local scene

It can be a fair bit of walk to the main pool if you stay in the beach front villa, not that you need to as the sea is right in front

I moved into a villa on the beach and it has its own private pool for 4 surrounding villas. The staff are wonderful and during the week it is very quiet. This is why I decided to stay as the villa gives me the peace to sit on the porch and write. The wi fi has been very good

I still do not like the garbage that washes up onto the beach all day. But this is a problem for all Mui Ne and one they should really solve. I wish Covid didn't cause such problems with restaurant shut down except for breakfast and no spa...but through the front desk they got me a wonder person to massage and a restaurant next door was wonderful
