The hotel is large and spacious and our room was a good size. The pool is a real asset and enhanced our stay. There were always enough sunbeds and the pool man brought out cushions and towels. The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was let down by the housekeeping. No soap is provided by the basin and only small containers of shower gel and shampoo. There was never a spare toilet roll. The shower needs to be updated. It was in a fixed position and water ran along the bath and flooded the bathroom floor. Some days the cleaners didn't come until after 3 pm when we wanted to relax in the room. Despite staying five nights the bedding wasn't changed.

Friendly staff and efficient. Rooms large and comfortable, including the bed. Pool and surroundings very nice setting on sea front. Sun lounges with pads and towels. Breakfast offers a reasonable variety but mostly Asia dishes and egg station. Several small shops and restaurants in local vicinity, all reasonably priced.

Water pressure on upper floors poor. Weak Wifi . No extractor fan in enclosed toilet bathroom . Can get a little busy & noisy especially at the weekends .

Very nice swimming pool and outdoor area. There were enough deckchairs for all guests. The staff was very helpful and responsive for all needs. There is a nice sea view, however there is no beach directly before the hotel.

The rooms are good equipped, however you can see damages caused by time. In my opinion the room should be renovated in future. The breakfasts were rather in Asian style.

The pool was amazing and well maintained. You get sunbed mattresses and towels which are really comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they helped arranged bus trip for us. The breakfast has loads of options and there’s an omelette station which is great!

Some of the facilities are a bit old and tired. The treadmill was out of order during our entire stay and the furniture in our room had some wear and tear and the blind in the bathroom was broken

The view, the pool, the location, are all beautiful. Polite staff, clean and delicious food. Room is quiet and clean. There are enough services for guests.

The price is not really attractive. The swimming pool still has sea sand and dirty water. There is no private beach for swimming. There is not much entertainment in the hotel.

Muong Thanh Mui Ne is the best choice when traveling in Mui Ne. Very complete and convenient service. Support staff anytime when needed. The buffet restaurant has very delicious.Front desk Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. Thank you staff Ba & Nhi friend us . Wishing the hotel to develop and have more customers!!

Beach

We've stayed at Muong Thanh Holiday for 03 nights and it has been excellent throughout. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the pools are great as is the waiter service from the pools. I highly recommend the hotel and I will come back. Thank you men managing at reception.

The wave is strong, I can't swim

A good hotel with excellent service. We especially enjoyed the garden and staff. The staff were exceptionally kind and professional —especially Miss Ba , who always gave us the best recommendations and made our stay even more pleasant. Each morning welcomed us with great care and warmth, making our trip all the more enjoyable.
