I arrived with train from Da Nang early morning, and had early check in with no questions or problems. My room was functional and clean. The outdoor area was neat and peaceful. The community kitchen was functional. The beach is close, but most of the beach is occupied with hotels. The cheerful manager walked me and showed me the closest, public access to the beach. It is possible to pay 50.000,- VND to get access to the hotels lounge chairs etc.at a few of the close hotels. Further up the beach, it cost more. Local bus will take you to Phan Thiet for 25.000,- VND. At the time I was in Mui Ne, January/February 2025, the beach was clean and the water perfectly ok.

The garden! And the fact that, although located on a busy street, the rooms were very quiet. Pancakes for breakfast were excellent :-) Close to the fairy stream (nice!) and the red dunes, just a few km, walking distance

Quite far away from the niciest part of the long beach; the beach close to this guesthouse ( ca. 100 meters) was not clean. But this is not a problem of the accomodation itself but of the common attitude of local people to property which is not their own.

The room was spacious and comfortable. There was space to unpack and store gear. The bathroom was a good size and drained and dried well (being a wet-room, this matters). The lady who runs it was delightful, nothing was ever a problem; nothing was any trouble. She was very happy to organise bike hire, and made a great cup of coffee. There is a wonderful communal garden with benches and hammocks, and despite the road being busy at times the rooms and the garden were far enough away to be wonderfully quiet and peaceful (standard warning about karaoke applies!).

Mui Ne is a long strip development out of the town towards Phan Thiet, several miles away. The guesthouse location meant either getting a bike (cheap enough); taxi; or walking along the road. None of which is an insurmountable problem, but it helps to be aware. However, being where it was meant we discovered and tried Than Thu restaurant, about 5 mins walk away, which was fantastic food and amazing value both times we went.

Room had everything I needed - the fridge, air-conditioning, fan, towels and it was really bright and clean. Very nice garden, hamacs, dryer for your clothes. There was really quite and close to attractions, the stuff was nice and they have coffee and safe parking for motorbikes.

The air condition could be faster/better but this day was very hot so maybe that's why it spent some time to make room colder.

It is really wonderful place to stay! Room is very clean and big, the garden is so cozy and has bar with drinks. The internet is perfect for Vietnam - around 90 Mbps. And the staff is cute and very friendly! I tried several place in Muine, it is the best!

Nothing to say except there are mosquitoes 🤣, so it's better to take fumigator, anyway it's not a problem to buy in the shop nearby.

A lovely old style guesthouse set around a quiet, beautiful garden. The rooms were well equipped and breakfasts were available. The family that run the guesthouse were helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Tours and bus ticketing are available.

Everything was perfect

The place is excellent value for money! Advantages: + nice tidy room + very helpful and always willing to help owners/staff + owner's family comes to the yard to have dinner. It provides an opportunity to interact with the locals

Disadvantages: - place somehow attracts too many Russian downshifters (though, they are not loud, but still Russians) - owner's family comes to the yard to have dinner and celebrations. It can be loud and accompanied by karaoke (that is over by 9-10 pm)

Very accommodating host and a quiet peaceful atmosphere around the place.

Little far from the center but with a rented scooter no major issue

Everything was perfect, especially the owner Diem is very sweet and helps a lot. I wanted to stay for 5 days and extended to two weeks, so I can fully recommend

Very friendly and very helpful lady at the front desk. Took care of everything for me including tours, laundry and bus ticket to my next destination. Highly recommend for someone looking for a quiet and peaceful spot in Mui Ne.

There was nothing that I didn't like.
