When you enter the property you feel like you’re in an oasis. Lot of flowers, trees and a very refreshing pool in the middle. The bungalows are with the entrance towards the oasis and have a little bench in front where you can enjoy a comfy breakfast. The apartments are very clean! Fresh towels, water and room service is included. The host is super friendly and welcoming!! We were also able to work with our laptops in the common area next to the pool or upstairs on the roof top. That was really lovely! Restaurants are in walking distance. To the fairy streams and the fishing village we just took a bike. It’s around 30-40 minute walk. We would definitely come back!

Ms. Thuy really made me feel at home. She's very caring, provided me with an adapter, booked me a bus to Nha Trang, gave good suggestions for food nearby and made me a nice breakfast. The villa is modest, it's good value for the price you pay. The pool area and garden are absolutely beautiful & well maintained, there were so many types of flowers, I spent both my mornings relaxing here. I would come back not for Mui Ne necessarily, but for the peace at this accommodation and Ms. Thuy's hospitality!

Definitely bring mosquito repellant as you're bound to have some enter the room given the nature you're surrounded by. Wiggle your keys at the local dogs if you're coming back late and they're barking at you, worked well for me, they understood I am a guest I suppose! Also it's a short walk from the main street, so make sure to carry a backpack or suitcase with good wheels.

lovely property - spacious rooms, mini fridge, working aircon, beautiful pool and pretty gardens! loved our stay here, would’ve loved to stay longer and wish we could return. the host was very accommodating and allowed us to have breakfast early before our bus in the morning, which was delicious. breakfast options include banana pancake, omelet, spring rolls and fruit with a selection of juices.

can’t think of anything negative apart from a bit of a lack of places to eat around the villa - however i think this is mui ne in general and not the hotels fault at all

The pool area is lovely, and the staff is as well! Especially Thuy! She is great with conversation and makes the best omelette I’ve had in Vietnam. Very accommodating. I would wake up late for breakfast and she would still make it for me! Just a great family run hotel close walk to the beach and short motor bike ride to the market! This place is a GEM! Also very good about booking doors and you can pay directly to the hotel…the cart service from the bottom and top of the hill is also great! Helped with getting me to my bus on time. Rooms are clean and well air conditioned and hot showers!

I do wish they provided laundry services. But I was given options

We really liked everything! All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. You can rent motorbikes with their help, they offer jeep tours and laundry service. The owner also had a bunch recommendations for restaurants near by and you could also eat good they cooked. They also called our bus company and told them to stop down in the street when we left. The pool was very nice and clean. We had a breakfast included and it was good: you could choose one drink and one main course from the menu. The place was super beautiful and calm, a really big thumbs up for this one!

A great place removed from the the main road so it is nice and quiet. The owner Thuy speaks excellent English and is extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms are very modern and clean and the a/c works well. Breakfast is to order and very good. The pool is a pleasant treat, especially since there isn’t really a swimming beach within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants nearby and it’s easy to get a bus or taxi to the more populated parts of Mui Ne as well as the beaches.

Staff is very nice and generous. Large pool with beautiful garden is just like you stay at oasis.

Dog barking made my friend terrified. A little bit of smell came from bathroom. The hotel is located on the hill from road that may not convenient for elderly.

The manager Thuy was fantastic, she booked us in for the tour of the Dunes and when we checked out at 12 she allowed us use the pool and shower in our room until our tour began at 1:30. After the tour she let us shower again which was a great help as we were covered in sand and had to take a bus later that day. She was incredibly kind and I highly staying here.

Beautiful place, green, the pool is nice, sunbeds, garden. Most of all, the host is the sweetest, kindest person that we met here. She waited for us until late at night because the bus was late and was very helpful and understanding about our needs. The room is big.

The bed is hard (but this is typical Vietnamese) and could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom. The pictures don't reflect how the room really looks like.

The owner Mrs. Thuy and her staff were always helpful and very friendly. The pool with the flowers around - wow! The room was big and had everything we needed.

We thought it would be a bit closer to the beach. It was not far but you have to walk down a small street and crops the main road.
