The room was spacious and comfortable. The bedding and towels were clean. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The staff went over and above to make us feel welcome and looked after. In particular, the breakfast staff did a fantastic job of keeping everything running smoothly with the large number of guests.

Many of the other guests during our stay were part of large organised tour groups. Their behaviour and volume made my stay less comfortable. I reflected for some time about whether I should post this, because it’s not really the hotel’s fault. However, ultimately I would have booked a different hotel had I known this, so I decided that it’s fair to share.

Beautiful hotel, very elegant - interesting mix of modern and retro. Our room was comfortable and stylish, spotlessly clean. Staff are pleasant and helpful. We had an issue with the noise from a bar / nightclub down the street - throbbing techno at 11pm - impossible to sleep. The receptionist helpfully allowed us to move to a room on the other side of the building that night. She thought the bar , might be particularly loud because of the Tet holiday, so maybe we were just unlucky.

Noise from the bar. My advice is to get a room without a balcony - as these are on the side of the hotel which is quiet, and you still get a sea view.

We stayed 3 nights on our trip through Vietnam. It has been one of the best hotels on our trip. Everything was ecellent: The rooms, the location, the food and the friendliness. We made a number of nice excursions - to the museum and the Cham Temple which is not so far, also to the harbour. The view from the roof pool and bar is phantastic.

Sometimes it was difficult to communicate with the staff even with the reception because mostly they did not speak English. The location is close to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants around but mostly seafood and it seems that they are aiming at guests from Asia: Thailand, Cambodi, Korea, Taiwan, China.

It’s a beautiful hotel. The rooftop pool is amazing and it comes with a nice view. Breakfast is very elaborate and good quality, such as the dinner options in the restaurant. We also went on a nice tour arranged through the hotel. The gym is small and warm (does the airco function completely here?), but perfect for a workout!

Quy Nhon is more a touristy place for Vietnamese tourists than international. This is representative of the hotel. A lot of the staff members don’t have good English skills, although they were all very helpful and kind. The pool hours could be longer in the evening and when I swam there one afternoon around three o’clock the rooftop hadn’t been cleaned yet from the night before.

The hotel is quite new. Family suite is featured with a bunk bed which is my kids’ favorite so they were very excited entering into the room. Interior design follows European style with new facilities that really impressed us.

Not sure if it was because Tet holiday so hotel staffs were shorted or not, but buffet breakfast was served super slow, tardy and messy. The lightning system within the room is also not a smart one, as the bunk bed for kids is located outside master room but there is no bed lights for kids there.

Everything about our stay here for three nights was excellent! The friendly hospitality, a great location, new very clean, safe and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing they asked when and what we liked and it was always ready special for us including their own local homemade items.

Absolutely amazing!! Staff were amazing, very friendly and very attentive! The room was gorgeous, very big, spacious and comfortable with an amazing view. The breakfast was great too, lots of selection and made fresh. The rooftop pool was amazing, spent a full day up there, amazing! Highly recommend!

When parties are held in a nearby bar, it can be noisy even with the windows closed, but this is not exactly the hotel's problem.

A beautiful hotel, close to the beach. The entire staff is very helpful and always have a warm smile on their face. Our room was large and very clean, we had a great view! Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to the rainy weather. The breakfast was great and very varied. Although not in the center of Quy Nhon, there are many fine restaurants nearby.

We went for drinks at the bar on the roof top in the evening and the music was very explicit. Breakfast was a weird experience, there were a lot of staff present, however no one served us. Coffees were also not included in the breakfast.
