Location is great. 10 minutes walk from the beach with lots of restaurants around. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff gave me access to a room after the checkout so I can shower before me flight. The hotel has a rooftop with table. It is nice to watch the sunset.

Staff doesnt speak english, but we can manage using a translation app. I sent a few message to the hotel before I arrive but unfortunately they never answered.

very helpful staff. when our train was stuck and wouldn’t be moving for 5hours they sent a car to pick us up and drive us to hotel very helpful saved us hours on the train not moving. nice roof top view cute to bring your own drinks up to also very big rooms.

Room is clean, not big but doesn't feel small. The hotel is 15 minute walk from the beach, loads of stuff to eat on the way there. I'm quite happy with the room for this price. :)

The TV doesn't have any Netflix account but I wanted to watch some. There was Youtube though.

Very clean and tidy, you can tell that it’s a new hotel. Rooftop spot on with a 360 degree view over the city. The hotel is located at walking distance to the city center.

The room was overall nice and very clean. The location of the hotel is good because it's close to many shops and bars but still on a quiet street. The city beach is close too.

The staff doesn't speak English at all. The hot water in the shower only comes after a long wait and the pressure is poor. The toilet was leaking which resulted in a puddle of water on the bathroom floor.

One female receptionist and one security old man

Till 6pm in the evening we (family with children) arrived to the hotel but they asked us to wait for 15-20min. They said they were cleaning the room floor. When we got into the room, the floor was wet and the room was filled with bad smelling. - Everytime we enquiried something and called the receptionist, they said "ok, let them check" but then they never called back. We had to call them again. - The lavabo was leaked and used dirty water kept dropping into our feet and onto the toilet floor. Toilet floor was alway wet and we had to use slippers to get to the toilet. - We did not have hot water to take bath. They said the hot water was limited because it was from solar-heated, and they do not have electrict-heated water. They asked us to try let cold water run out until hot water coming out but we waited till mid-night and could not take a bath. - The mattress and blanket in one of the two beds were dirty with a lot of dust on. We asked if they can change but one male receptionist (or the manager) said there were no other left because all the rooms were being occupied. We had to sleep with that. To be more disappointed, next morning we found out there were at least two room available on the 3rd floor. - We were awakened up by noisy EDM music at around 4-5am. We could not sleep and I had to go out to check. One guy stayed two-room next to our room was playing the loud music. He was sitting on the chair in the lobby, smoking, with his room door open. He then stopped as I asked him to. I did not understand why the hotel let that happen. - The next early morning, we talked to a female receptionist about all the problem and the terrible experience we had and asked them to let us change to another room. After calling to discuss with her manager, she said they let us change but we had to pay change-room service-charge as well as room-upgrade charge for each night left. We had no other choice but to accept.

I usually never write a bad review, but this room was quite dirty. Staff was very, very nice. But they can't be nice enough to improve the quality of the room. It isn't their fault.

Room was dirty. Feet marks on the walls all around the bed. The bathroom drain system is connected to neighboring rooms. You can hear everything. Extremely noise pollution coming from other rooms underneath doors.
