Location, room decor, cleanliness, due to availability we got upgraded. Hotel and restaurant Staff was great. The quality of Dinner Food and cocktails can be improved further. Breakfast was good with lot of variety. The spa and therapists were fantastic.
The central aircon system was not cooling properly and it was stuffy in our room. The staff tried to get the aircon to cool but it did not happen. So we were moved to another bigger room. The aircon was fine in that room and we could sleep well. Full marks to the staff. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance so we didn’t get to swim.

The luxuries rooms (electric curtens). Size of the room. View out of the windows from the room. Restaurant food was great. Staff is more then helpful. Short drive from Hanoi.
The pool is nice, but located next to 4 mega huge AC's from the whole hotel/basement. It's a constant noise on the background. Pool itself doesn't have any bar. We called the reception to send someone over to get our order for drinks and food. Staff need to come a long way. Restaurant is based on the other side of the building.

Wonderful 5-star experience close-ish to the airport, and outside of noisy Hanoi!
Hotel had some billing issues which they took care of! Travel Tip: Make sure to only take licensed taxis, or have the hotel order you a taxi.

Quiet location for airport stopover. Good facilities if you wanted to use them.
Not much choice for breakfast. Not much to do in the local area apart from play golf.
