Our stay was very pleasant.especially when we arrived early for check-in—they assisted us promptly and made us feel welcome. Although there was a small issue with the water in the room in the morning, the hotel crew quickly responded and worked to resolve it, showing their dedication and care for guests.

The room is very spacious! And clean. They have a restaurant and the food is really tasty! The owner is also very helpful and friendly. There isn’t an ATM close by the hotel so he allowed me withdraw money from him instead.

The location is great if you need to be at the airport early morning but it’s not close to any of the attractions in the Center.

Very convenient for the airport, about 5 min by taxi, I was lucky to get a very large room on the first floor, since there is no lift. I also had meals and drinks there, food is acceptable , cant complain considering the prices! They let me check in early, which was very helpful!

The room was clean, the staff really nice and the location near by the airport is so practical when you just arrived from the airport or when you have a flight early in the morning. The staff was perfect and even let us do a washing machine. Then, you can eat and drink at the place.

Clean room, fresh towels, and Wi-Fi TV and a restaurant downstairs Hosts are wonderful very nice and friendly. Wish I could’ve stayed longer. They are fun to hang out with.

very close to the airport. just go strait and it’s gonna be a challenge to cross a big road to get the hotel. spacious room, wifi, kettle, towels, normal bed sheets. good air con and a fan. one local place just the next door if you come at night. a bus stop to the city is near by.

super noisy. I asked a room with windows outside the street but didn’t have. so I had earplugs, plus I tried to protect by pillows. noisy. pillows has to be cleaned, had a smell. no 24 hours shops around.

The staff was very helpful, they also helped me arranging a taxi to the airport.

Sound proofing of the room was terrible. My wife couldn't sleep well due to people walking on the stairs outside, and sound of cars from nearby road.

This was a great option if you want to stay near the airport. It was very cheap but great value. It doesn't look like much out side but inside was great. Big clean and all what you need.

No fridge

About 15 minutes on foot from the airport. If you arrive late at night, I strongly recommend that you stay overnight at a hotel around here instead of going to the center of Hanoi. The room was clean, and the receptionist was very helpful.

I didn’t stay a night just a few hours whilst waiting for a flight . Very convenient short grab ride away to airport and they were so kind to hold my luggage
