I had a great stay here, aircon was great, comfy bed, balcony, if you are from the UK I would compare it to Premier Inn but at a fraction of the cost. Friendly staff who tried their hardest with me if you are staying in vung tau I reccomend coming here. The smoothie was amazing and very refreshing at the little cafe/bar below coffee was also very nice.

They do the best smoothies unfortunately they were not available on a couple of days there due to lack of ingredients I mean it's low season so understandable.

I travel quite a bit and have stayed at 7 and 5 stars Hotels before and this is by far one of my best valued experiences! The staff were very friendly, flexible and accommodating, even on my office print needs and requests - no extra cost. All my needs were met and covered, even small issues dealt promptly like very tiny ants attacking my closset on the first night were gone next day. I didn't have an expensive room compared to UK prices (paid £88 for 14 nights) and my room view was stunning! Could see all the city while on my computer, my private bathroom with shampoo and shower gel, toilet paper, blackout curtains, free water, good Wiffi, free tooth brushes and tooth paste everyday as well as cleaning service, no hidden extras. Only 7min away from front beach and 5min away from back beach by bike. Loads of street food, drinks and choice around. It was the highlight of my trip! I will definitely stay here again. Super recommend it!

I could complain about the cocroach or ants, but you can't really avoid that in Vietnam and if you get small insects despite the impeccable cleanness of the hotel staff and always putting food waste in sealed plastic bag out of room, there is no much else to do aside from spray kill and hotel can sort out immediately.

The room was perfect, it was big and the bathroom was nice.

It was really noisy, at 3/4h in the morning we hear all the noise of the street, people who work with fruits and vegetables, they speak very loud. And also my room was next to the room of the cleaner and her daughter, during the night and early in the morning they were talking very loud, they keep opening and closing the door. The elevator makes noise too, everytime someone takes it, it makes a sound, it was so annoying. I liked the room but it’s hard to rest well.

There is an excellent cafe downstairs which can also provide Vietnamese breakfast or lunch, while the Hotel is close to everything you could possibly want, including the main bus station. As a bonus, it is also very close to the Kop Acoustic Bar (https://www.facebook.com/kopcafevt/) which on weekend evenings has "open mike" sessions. Also, if you are a guitar player, you are able to play one of the many guitars hanging on the wall.

The room and toilet are clean. The staff is nice and helpful. The room is upgraded to 2 beds. The location is easy to find, and wifi is excellent. The room has full of facilities such as a TV, free bottles of water, air con, and a small balcony. There is an area for motobike park, which is separated with the check-in site.

Hot water sometimes works, sometimes does not work properly. The sensor light outside only turn on when I walk to the main hall, it does not turn on when I get out of the room.

The pictures are realistic. It's a new hotel. The rooms are big, airy, and well laid out. The hotel helped us to book a bus and were very professional, they even gave us a reminder call before our bus arrived. The location is just off the main road, so it's quiet but still is within walking distance to most areas.

There's no soundproofing. There were some leakage problems in the bathroom that they offered to fix. Like most places in South Vietnam, a smell emits from the drains. There was nothing provided to combat that.

Good value for money, the room is tidy and clean, hot warm strong shower. The hotel is near to the market area, shops and restaurants.

From 3am until sunrise morning there are a meeting up of vendors with trucks and vans to exchange fruits and vegetables in front of the hotel and my room is near there too , with the noises from them that wake you up and can't go back to sleep anymore , so I need to go to bed very early everyday.. Ha.ha.

The room is new and clean, with a smart TV allowing me to watch YouTube or Netflix (I have to use my own account though), a new AC and a new mini fridge. All of the facilities are in good condition. i also love the balcony that overlooks an empty field in front of the hotel.

In the morning at around 7, it could be a bit noisy especially if you are sensitive to noises as there is a mini street market around this time in front of the hotel. I stayed in room 304 and the sensor lights in the lobby seem to be broken. I have to use the light of my phone to see my way back into/ out of the room.

The room had a comfortable bed, and nice views of a big garden. The receptionist in the mornings was very helpful. Easy to walk everywhere and very near to the bus station.

It was a bit noisy at night time. I could hear the fridge of the other room. I missed having a lamp beside my bed and hand soap.

The rooms were very clean and everything looked crisp and fresh. Good shower and comfortable bed. There's a kettle and a fridge in the room , both were very useful.

The staff needs a refund from "the charm" school! On arrival a warm, pleasant, greeting would be nice.... rather than,..."You need to pay xxx for your room!" ☺️
