clean room, best quality compare with the price

disagree with the hotel asking for a 50% deposit through their own account number. We had to pay the difference fee to choose to pay directly without a card but the hotel still asked us to deposit 50-100% of the room rate to keep the room. Even though we had a deal with the hotel that we would keep the room for me without paying because I went at a time when it was not a busy time but I still don't feel your hotel did the right thing because the policy is different from what you guy are showing on Booking

How inexpensive it is and good quality.

How they keep the lobby hot. And turn the AC off in your room when you’re not there. And they refuse to give you two room keys.

The room is nicely furnished. Stable wifi so I can work. The staff is friendly.

There were only 2 pillows. I was thinking of 4. The door lock of the balcony was broken but the staff reassured us that it would be safe. No place to hang wet towels/clothes.

Reception staff was nice on the first and last day but staff in the afternoon did not speak English (lo mush so that did not understand our question of whether there was breakfast). We asked for an upgrade because the standard room which we had booked did not have a window. The room we got on the 3rd floor did have a balcony. Location is good, a cafe on the corner and close to front beach. They kindly booked a taxi for us.

Our balcony ("mountain view") was facing close and quite derelict buildings. Beds could have been more comfortable. No breakfast was served. Strong smell of smoking on selected occasions, perhaps from neighbouring rooms?

Nice boutique hotel to stay! Located on 22 BaCu, VungTau, Kim Minh near the Front Beach ⛱️ , just about 5 minutes walk. Coffee shop, grocery store and restaurants around..., about 10 minutes walking or book a grap in 5 minutes. No breakfast or spa here. Nice outdoor swimming pool. Staff was helpful, room clean with comfort bed. many beautiful paintings 🖼..we love this. We appreciate for all 💚💚💚💚💚🍀

The restroom near the swimming pool should be more cleaner..

The room is clean and is sound proof. staff are nice and helpful. The hotel is really near to the beach, just a short walk from the hotel. The street around the hotel is also really nice with many restaurants and tourist attractions nearby.

- The toilet door is not sound proof - Parking on either side of the street depending on it is odd or even day. I think the staff should inform the guest about during check in. I narrowly escaped a fine just an hour before the police going on patrol.

Beautifully appointed rooms and furnishings. Pool area was well layed out with lots of shade and seating.

The carpet in the hallways were extremely dirty.. it was a shame because the rest of the hotel was lovely. The front desk staff were very reserved, not helpful at all. May have been the language issue .

Very beautiful and elegant building, situated in a nice area. Some nice, stylish ca phes in the neighborhood. Our room was good although some small things could be fixed (for example a substantial dent in the floor)

Staff was nice and friendly but didn’t speak English, which I find a bit unusual in a tourist location.

Great staff, very nice and clean facilities. The furnishing and furniture are good. Poor layout of electrical outlets !!! There is no outlets at the desk and where the electric kettle were provided. In order to make a cup of tea with tea bags provided, we had to place the kettle on the night stand where there are toilets. The towels were provided and stored on the furniture bench!!! There were only one single towel ring in the bathroom . No shampoo nor soap provided. A grab bar in the shower would be good ! There were two of us but the hotel only gave us one card key !!! I would have rated this hotel 5 stars if they can fix these inconveniences.

Cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff

A real gem. One of the best hotels I stayed in, compared to price. Very stylish room an a great balcony. Nice poolarea. Close to the city center and the central beach. Rents motorbikes

Not much to complain about. Lacks breakfast if that’s important to you
