A very good value for money hotel in a handy location. Breakfasts were good and staff were particularly helpful and accommodating. Very nice pool and handy to the beach.

Hot water in the bathroom took quite a few minutes before running hot. Shower set up in bathtub was not ideal for access due to fixed shower screen and a rubber mat could have been provided to prevent slipping in the wet tub. Bedside lights could have been stronger - too low for reading.

Lovely looking Hotel but very dated and old fashioned . If was re-furbished it would be spectacular. Breakfast was very good , not the biggest choice but all was nicely cooked and presented. swimming pool very nice and the location is great. All the staff we met were very polite and helpful.

cleaning in the rooms could be better , rooms were cleaned daily but areas where not in direct sight were grubby. Very tatty in some areas and could do with decorating through out.

Great plac to stay great hotel staff pretty much great all round breakfast MEH not so good needs attention and hotel needs to remeber that some people staying there dont want noodles for breakfast we like a western breakfast

Amazing breakfasts, catered for all my nutritional needs and so much more. Buffet with more food than you can possibly imagine, so tasty and so fresh every day

Nothing everything was Perfect

The palace hotel caters for all travellers exceptionally well. The staff were always helpful and the location is excellent. The pool area is great and the health spa was fantastic.

The location was superb. The rooms were very large and well appointed. I loved the large dining room. Breakfast was great

The building and overall condition were very old and needed lots of maintenance. The pool was great but needed more shade.

A great location close to the beach. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bathrooms had great facilities.

The hotel is looking a bit tired and is in need of renovation

Lovely room, clean and comfortable. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Great location for bars,restaurants and shops. Really good breakfast buffet.

The breakfast was boring Exactly the same everyday The location for me was perfect

I was only disappointed about having to be moved to another room at midnight because the aircon was playing up But we also upgraded 3 times our room and each room was better than the other Also we couldn’t operate the television to watch Netflix nor could any of the staff knew how to fix the problem
