Things I liked: Good kitchen, washing machine, airconditioning, block out curtains, customer service, friendliness of the staff, location close to beach, 24 hour Family Mart nearby, the bed is comfortable, nice pillows and sheets, Netflix, new fresh apartment.

Things I did not like: Hot water in shower never came on. Animal noises from outside wake you up very early, can hear neighbours upstairs dragging furniture around late at night (probably a trundle bed), no soundproofing, the apartment is located next to an entertainment venue which was noisy until 11pm four out of the six nights I stayed.

Close to front beach, comfortable and clean bed. Sufficient kitchenware in the apartment. Hot water in the afternoon from solar. Would not hesitate to recommend to others or to stay there again.

Pillow was too big, kitchen chairs and table a bit cheap and nasty. Balcony door lock broken.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tien was especially friendly and provided great customer service. The location was great within walking distance to Bai truoc, very close to Xom luoi market, many restaurants nearby. We had a very good experience at the hotel. We would stay here again.

Great location near beach. Room and wc were clean. Bed sheets clean. Toiletries, fridge, hair drier, kettle provided

No hot water for shower. Room. Very small with little space to move. No complementery water

The receptionists and staff are very cheerful and enthusiastic. Room is clean, fully equipped. If I have the opportunity to come to Vung Tau, I will recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

- friendly staff - overall clean (but not completely) - quiet room - bed was big and comfy

- small room - on my arrival the staff just gave me the access card to the room without showing and explanation where to find what (e.g. terrace, kitchen, etc.), so I had to find out on my own. - no view at all, window of assigned room just showed a wall.

Good location - 600m from the font beach, service, clean room, washing machine inside the room. I stayed the level 6 with moutain view and bacony space.

It's close to beach and lots of other attractions. Got a huge discount on the room, during a busy holiday time which turned a good stay into a great one!

A few minor issues, but nothing worth complaining about. Plus, hotel staff solved any problem that arose. Our stay overall was excellent and I would book again.

Clean, strong tap water, good AC, got dryer, lots of clothe hangers. Close to the beach, market, restaurant, bar, grocery stores.

Windows cannot open to get fresh air, weak wifi.

THEY STILL HAVE THE HOTWATER PROBLEM. BECAUSE THEY ONLY USE SOLAR NO HOTWATER BETWEEN 6PM TO 10 AM
