The serenity of the tropical garden, the beautiful, helpful and friendly staff, the delicious individually prepared food, the spotless, comfortable room and the central location. Loved the free jeepney which we could use to get to & from anywhere in Vung Tau. Also the spa is voted the best in Vung Tau and we can attest to that. Jay’s staff are ALL to be commended on their efficient, friendly and caring attitude to ensure you have the best stay possible.

The only thing you need to be aware of is the walk up the steep driveway may be challenging for some customers, through the day the minivan can be arranged if it’s a problem. We looked at it as a little exercise.

We have stayed at The Wind Resort before and it has always been lovely this time was also ! I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Vung Tau and actually this hotel is probably the best I have stayed in in the whole of Vietnam It's just perfect,staff,facilities and rooms everything is great so peaceful and calming with everything you could want for your stay even a phone for local use and a free taxi bus for local drop off and pickup Everything 💯

The breakfast is served outdoors in a lovely lush garden. The choice and quality of the food is very good and the staff very attentive and friendly. The room was a little smaller than expected but was clean and quiet. The shuttle service was a great asset and an incentive for me to return.

There wasn't much choice or variety of the food available to order during the day and the kitchen was closed for dinner the night we asked for it despite being told when we arrived that it was open until 10pm.

The Staff were fantastic. So helpful a cheerful.

Location, located on the top of a hill. There was no lift in the Resort & at the end of a long day , climbing stairs was not good!! Need a vehicle to get to & from. The was no restaurant or Bar on site which was so disappointing. The food selection was average with no variety. Same menu each morning.

The staff were so friendly and helpful always trying to please. The gardens, pond and common spaces on the property were beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. It was nice to get real fruit juice. We took advantage of a 50% discount at the spa and liked the Himalayan hot stone massage so much we got a second one. We also made use of the free hotel shuttle.

The apartment was a little worn. The bedding was too small for the size of the mattress. The gym needs an overhaul. Much of the equipment was not usable and it was very hot, fans should be provided.

Outdoor pool and garden areas are spectacular. We spent all afternoons there with our 6 year old twins while we took advantage of the free spa treatments. Bliss! Free shuttle and mobile are great although didn’t run every day. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice and freshly made every day. Lots of fresh fruit and choice of drinks. Huge suite with lovely balconies. One with swing chair and one with day bed and table. Super quiet and peaceful. Well airconditioned. Super helpful staff.

As others have communicated, it’s a bit tired in places. Spa suite doesn’t have a lounge area which was fine, but would have been great after long day sightseeing. Shuttle not running on last 2 days was poorly communicated. Beds not super comfortable and blankets a bit too small. Stingy on the toilet paper! (And yes, we did request extras of both!) All small things in the overall experience and we have no regrets about staying here. But add up when you’re paying a relatively luxury resort price.

The staff were amazing. Very helpful with organising anything you need. The hotel itself is beautiful. Great value for money. Our stay included massages for 2 for each day of our stay. The massages were amazing

The beds were a little too hard for my liking. The walk up the hill could be hard for some but i liked the exercise

The hotel is located up a little way up a hill. It is beautiful, has an amazing pool and is surrounded by greenery . One of the best things is the free shuttle bus that will take you anywhere in the town and will also pick you up on request. The staff were wonderful and thought of everything. They even supplied us with a mobile phone so we could ring for the shuttle pick up. We had a room with a kitchenette, full sized fridge, lounge area and two air conditioning units. We had a wonderful stay.

I liked everything. The breakfast was from the menu rather than a buffet but there was ample to choose from and made fresh to order. I would highly recommend this hotel. There are no elevators but our room was on the first floor so it wasn't a problem. If stairs are a problem let the hotel know and I am sure they can arrange a suitable room. We loved our stay and the staff were wonderful.

The facilities were absolutely fantastic, the swimming pool, the massage and facials you could get there were wonderful. But the best were the staff, always greet you with a hello and the biggest smile, the staff working here are an absolute credit to the resort.

Some of the linen needs replacing. But that's all I could fault.

Everything, the friendly staff, good breakfast, great facilities for kids. Free Transport drop off and pick ups around town were helpful. The information in the room booklet was very handy when it came to suggestions for places to eat. We enjoyed staying in the wind spa room and would definitely stay again. We loved relaxing by the pool and beautiful views at breakfast.

Not much to dislike when the resort and its employees tried their best to make you and your family feel comfortable.
