Very helpful, supportive, almost perfect service but there's one thing I don't like that is they transfer me to another hotel (good hotel) because they're no room available. They forgot to return back my ID however they send it back to me very soon although I was out of town.

I visited this hotel 2 days ago. The host was not at the hotel, and the owner of the next hotel heard me and came to respond instead. However, the cheap room I actually booked was a room that could only be used for 2 hours. This information is only displayed in Vietnamese, so foreigners can't know at all, and we have no choice but to think that we only booked for one day. The host next door told me that I would have to pay twice as much to stay in the room for a day. When I told the host next door about the situation, he said that many foreigners were angry about this fact because they misunderstood (actually, they were deceived). I didn't want to get dragged into the hotel owner's bad intentions, so I asked if he could cancel for free, and he said yes. Perhaps it was intentional that the owner didn't show up and left it with the owner next door. Please note.
