This is a very lovely hotel. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was beautiful and functional, everything worked. Wi-Fi works fine. The rooftop pool has views of the south east part of the city.  The hotel has a Latin American feel which is a little unique in Vietnam. The tiling is very nice in the room and halls, lobby etc. It's smaller than other places so quite ideal for privacy and peace. But near the beach if you like to socialize. The location is good, away from the noisy streets in city centre. But still only 5 minutes walk from shops. Bed was very comfy and air conditioning works fine. VT is a very beautiful city and the staff helped me to find some good places. I stayed 1 night here but it's so nice I asked to stay another 2. Definitely one of the nicest hotels I've been in. Great stuff

Lovely bedroom with excellent bed & nice linen. We liked the small balcony. Very good modern bathroom. The rooftop pool was great, especially given the hot humid weather in December.

We booked the ‘suite with garden view’, but it looked into a featureless concrete wall. We changed to a double room with lake view, which was much better. The lake provides a welcome splash of green, & these rooms also have a view of the lighthouse and giant Christ statue. The cleaning in the hotel could be improved, including bedroom floor. The pool was very nice but there were no pool towels or seating/loungers provided.

La Casa was excellent value for money, it was clean, spacious, airy. The location was great too, you could walk for a couple of minutes and get all the food you wanted. Another really good point is that the room didn't smell musty of mould that can often be the case in Vietnam. It was really easy and straight forward to book. Having a Vietnamese mobile number really helps with communication here since we were arriving earlier than check in. They were excellent with communication and got us both rooms with early check in. I would definitely stay there again.

I was really disappointed that they gave us a smoking room. Firstly, it surprises me that places still allow smoking and then secondly, the booking service asked if I wanted smoking or non-smoking, I chose non-smoking but walked into the room stinking of cigarette smoke. The only saver is that there are windows you can open to air out the room, otherwise I definitely would have left. Also, it would have been nice if the second room we booked could have been next door but it was on the floor above. Not a deal killer, just would have been nice.

I stayed during weekday, plus Genius discount, so the rate is really reasonable. The staff is very accommodating to my request, they even let me check in 2hrs early without extra charge. - Soft pillows, comfy mattress and clean beddings. - Hot shower all day, free toiletries and complementary drinking water. - Smart TV (no Netflix account but I didn't mind), fast internet, and working AC. Overall a very pleasant stay. Definitely would stay again!!

Not to my dislike, but something to improve: - Noise isolation: since my room was next to the lift, I could hear people walking and talking outside. - Room cleanliness: Some dirt on the floor, hair in the drawers and on the shelves. The bathroom blind desperately needs deep cleaning. Walls definitely need a new paint job. - Drinking cups/mugs & teaspoon: I brought my own coffee since they have kettle in the room. However the hotel didn't provide any cup or mug, only glass that is not suitable for hot water. Also, no teaspoon/stirrer. I did ask the receptionist about this, and they just gave me another drinking glass.

Great location between front and back beach. Quiet area. There was a karaoke thing going on in a place down the road, but it stopped at ten. Only heard this on one night. The pool on the roof was great. Small, but perfect for a post walk dip or pre breakfast. Really glad I booked this place. I had the double room wth balcony on the 3rd floor, overlooking the little lake opposite.

Nice and bright room with a cute tiny balcony, bonus a small window and clean restroom. There were enough basic supplies needed in the room. I would recommend this hotel especially for couples lol (quite romantic actually). Beautiful decorations, following Mediterranean style which is really cool. Lovely small swimming pool on the rooftop with city view.

Bedsheet and blanket, even towels were not so clean - I meant they were all washed but there are orange stains (may be due to the grease left by previous guests, but cannot be completely removed) and it made me and my friend feel a bit uncomfortable. The Receptionist was not really professional - when we arrived with a bike, she did not really go out and guide us to the parking ... not a good first impression. And they did not really helpful (i guest) cause i did not see they help other clients with some kind of heavy luggages. No soap in the restroom for washing hands.

I had mosquitoes at night because there are no screens on the windows and we are right next to a lake. Also, I know this is typical of Vietnam, but take 30 minutes and clean up the trash across the road! It distracts from the Lakeview!

Clean room, comfy beds, phone connection to lobby. The girl in the lobby spoke english. Pool, even it's very small.

After shower the toilet floor is wet for hours. Maybe some wiper for the floor would be nice. Also the toilet/shower is totally glas wall. Very small balcony. The fridge had no possibility of adjusting temperature and the water and food were all frozen inside. Broken handshower. Russian customers.

I had so much pleasure staying in this hotel. I had free upgrade, the room was amazing. The main feature was the bathroom. Everything was perfect: clean room, comfortable bed, the receptionist is very nice girl. We also had fun on the rooftop where the pool is located. The view from the pool is beautiful.

Great central location for first few days in Vung Tau. I walked tonthe front beach and back beach areas and decided I preferred front beach. It us my understanding Back beach is currently being reclaimed and redeveloped. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
