The hotel is excellently located just seconds away from some of the best restaurants in Dakhla. The rooms have gorgeous sea views and the hotel is complimented with the most friendly and courteous staff you could ever meet; A special mention has to go to Selwa, Melia, Najeela and Otman who all looked after us as if we were family to which we are very much indebted. Breakfast (which is a real treat) is taken in the restaurant literally just next door (The Porto Rico) and is not to be missed. Thankyou Hotel Dakhla Ville!!

I stayed here for 3 weeks, and it was wonderful! The breakfast was good and the rooms was nice and clean. As a Swedish tourist i had some problem with the language in Dakhla since i only speak english, the hotel staff was amazing and helped me with things such as renting a car. Thanks for everything!!!

It was a great choice . Great location , the staff were very friendly . The rooms were clean and quiet. We had a great sea view which we enjoyed very much . They also arrange a tour to a good price . They even arrange for us a shuttle from the hotel to the airport without any extra charges.( The guy who drove us was very good and nice) I forgot my phone at the hotel , and the friendly woman (MANAL) did all what she could so I can recieve it in Casablanca . My mobile was an important piece to me but with the way she handled the situation made me feel comfortable and secure. Thank you so much for everythings you have done for us . If I could give 10000 diamond stars to this hotel , I would gladly do it . My next stay will be definitely at this amazing Hotel.

Nothing to complain about at all

Nice comfortable rooms. Excellent central location, with sea view. The hotel is modern and new. Great service and warm hospitality, very helpful and kind staff. They were kind enough to let me use the room until late afternoon, and even offered me a complimentary upgrade with sea view. They can also organise excursions to the White Dune and Imlili, with excellent driver guides (mainly French speaking), at lower prices than other companies, highly recommended. No need to arrange for a transfer, there are many taxis at the airport which cost 5€ or less, or you can walk for 30'.

There were was a small cockroach in the room when I arrived, which however seems to be a problem of the city of Dakhla in general, not just this hotel. The linen were a bit stained. The room was initially too hot and stuffy to sleep, with no means of cooling down (fan or air conditioning). Moist smell in the bathroom (and room). Weirdly, the toilet is literally built inside the shower. Rather limited breakfast, but good enough for the region. But the great friendly service and warm hospitality counterbalances practically all negative issues.

The location is great, in central town, front of the beach, near nice restaurants and central market (souk for local shopping). The staff is very friendly and helpful, they support guests questions, either in term of tours that can be done, or places to visit nearby. In late afternoon, the corniche is quite animated (friendly for families with kids).

Stayed there 6 nights, breakfast was quite repetitive, although they accommodate to guest requests.

Top Location and Very good customer service from the Staff ( Manal and Salwa)

Very nice stay in Dakhla even though it was quiet during Ramadam. The beds were super comfy and the staff were friendly. Really appreciate the staff because there was a confusion with the booking and they let me stay in the nicer room even though I paid for a smaller one online.

The breakfast was average but I understand that during Ramadam the option are limited

Perfect city center location, great hotel, extremely friendly staff, clean and comfortable. The manger Ms. Salwa offered me nice suite room with no additional charge. And she organized the trip for me to see different places outside Dakhla.I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for your hospitality.

The friendly extremely helpful staff.The great location with views over the lagoon.The breakfast provided by a lovely Cafe opposite where you overlook the water...the staff there were exceptional too.

There was nothing not to like

The reception staff were excellent especially Ottman who was on I present and the cleaning staff who did the fastest room change in living history 2 mins flat still in my pyjamas!!

I was charged for one. Right and then the full 5 nights. So now have a cash refund which is a bit annoying
