Our flight was delayed by 4hrs meaning we arrived at 4am - but the hotel still had a minibus waiting to take us to the property. Wrong room allocated on arrival, but the gentleman on reception quickly resolved that - even 05:30am. However the replacement room had a patio that was ok but not great. Room was comfortable, wifi a bit sporadic, restaurant has lovely views, the pool area is very good. For the cost, excellent, but I really should mention the staff who are very friendly, efficient and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to return

Duvets would be better with covers on them - but at 5:30am with a room change, I guess the chap was trying to let me sleep as quickly as possible. The road view rooms suffer from either having a poor view or no view at all, but the rooms themselves are excellent.

The staff was super friendly and incredibly helpful, especially the girl that was there during our stay (Bezra? No idea how to spell her name exactly). The room was very clean and the breakfast was great, with lots of choice (buffet). We arrived late in the night at the airport, so it was very convenient that their pick-up driver was already there waiting for us to take us straight away to the hotel.

Only minor issue I can think of, is that you could be awaken because of doors closing in the hallway around your room. But after a great night of sleep in their comfortable beds, it didn't really matter to us.

Boutique designer hotel offering high end ecofriendly luxury experience. Well located with secluded beachfront setting boasting far reaching views over Dakhla Bay. The establishment is superbly appointed with natural materials and finishes. The centrepiece of the beautiful grounds is a stunning Italianate infinity pool using fesh seawater. Translucent and pristine. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout and the staff and service topnotch. The restaurant has an excellent selection of local and international specialities with plenty of locally sourced fresh fish dishes along with a decent wine list. The daily buffet breakfast is a regal affair. Fresh juices fruits eggs home made pastries etc ..Recently under new multilingual management keen to make their mark.

Whats not to like?

I can really only recommend the hotel to all guests who are really looking for a sophisticated place. The attitude of the staff towards the guests is really fantastic and excellent. Really thanks for constantly working to keep the entire hotel complex clean and tidy. Special thanks for the constant kind service in the restaurant for Lamia, and in the reception for Buscrah. See you guys in January.

Very nice property. Friendly, welcoming staff. Originally put us in a room with one bed but managed to quickly get us one with two, like we booked. Pool was nice though we didn't use it. Breakfast was very tasty - and the dining room looks over the property and the water. My wife loved (loved) the hammam and massage.

Water was not always hot. Had to wait an hour for it to recover and be warm enough for a shower (and accordingly they gave us a late checkout). Access to the floating dock on the water was roped off :(

The hotel mgmt went out of its way to make a difficult wifi situation work for me. Every employee always had a smile on his or her face.

Getting into town is somewhat expensive as taxis don't put the meter on but operate on a fixed price. and there is no bus alternative.

Brand new clean and well equipped

Booked room with sea view and was proposed room to the sea but woth main building blocking the sea view. On onsisting heavily room changed to a sea view room. Fortunately for me it was available otherwise no chance. They should avoid to provide the lesser nice rooms to booking customers!!!!!

Very friendly staff. Always available when we needed them. The hotel is cosy and has a very nice beach view. The suites are big and nice. Good breakfast.

Wifi was slow. We didn’t have running water for a whole night without notice.

the employees are real gentlemen from the moment i arrived in this hotel i felt like coming home. Especially 2 guys from the reception i think they name were mourad and redouan. Best employes ever.

The place has an amazing view! The staff was excellent, especially Lahoucine and Omar who helpen above and beyond with any requests, arranging activities and taxis. Great service.
