This was my first time in Western Sahara, and I honestly didn't expect this level of of modernity here, which sounds like such an ignorant thing to say in hindsight. But the room and especially the bathroom was super nice and clean and the AC was very much appreciated. It was also very easy to get to, I could park right outside, and it was a perfect location to wander around the city. But the biggest shout-out goes to Mohammed at reception. I travel with a cat, and everybody welcomed her with open arms, but Mohammed loved her the most, haha! He also gave me invaluable advice, both for my trip South to Dakhla (he was right on all accounts) and then upon my return heading North, when he really explained some local customs and circumstances to me and then gave me precise instructions to send me on a fun adventure in the city, and of course getting a full report upon my return. To my delight, he was back at reception the very next morning, so I - and the kitty - got to say a proper goodbye. Shortly later, during my drive North, I had a very unpleasant encounter with a man in the desert, and I just reminded myself how wonderful of a person Mohammed is, and I choose to believe that most men are like Mohammed, not the creep in the desert. 😊

Good hotel for a stopover if you are coming or going to Dakhla. I needed a great sleep in a nice bed and this was what I got. Despite Ramadan they served me breakfast which was ok. Breakfast nice and late until 10:30 Check out is until 12 p.m. Great for sleeping in Shower was nice and warm. Parking on the street up front is free. It is in the center so walking distance from restaurants and shops. I recommend

Comfortable hotel in the center of Laayoune, main square, Grand mosque and souvenir shop are within 10 minutes walk, anything else can be reached by taxi. Good breakfast with nice view from the top floor. Also the check-in starts at 12:00, which is convenient if you arrive in the morning.

The sink in the bathroom is very small and got full quickly.

I don’t understand why people do not come to Laayoune and stay e.g. at this excellent hotel which has maybe the best receptionist I’ve ever met. Everything is clean and fine here and you will be helped in everything you need. No tourists, kind locals, total safety and super birding possibilities! I swear, they don’t pay me :) just Laayoune was such a great experience that I can’t say else just come and stay at Sahara Line Hotel!

I'm good at complaining as most of the Hungarians, but it was nothing but good!

This hotel was super clean.My room was large and serviced daily.Top marks to the staff for being friendly and welcoming.I want to mention Mouloud at reception and Mohamed and Hicham at breakfast.A special mention must be made of the very kind lady who took me in her car to the bus station on the morning that I was leaving.Breakfast was excellent and sleep quality was perfect....This is an excellent place and is definitely worth returning to....Top marks

I loved everything about this excellent hotel

Great place to stay in Laayoune, the room was basic but very clean and comfortable, room service was impeccable. The dinner was delicious, prepared with fresh fish, the person at the restaurant went at great lengths to keep up with all orders, always with a smile. The staff was friendly, helpful and accomodating. They arranged the late checkout for me and an early dinner before my flight, and offered suggestions of places to visit.

The room was clean, very spatious, the receptionists were very kind and helpful and spoke very good English. The breakfast was pretty nice and tasty. The bathroom seemed renovated, it looked nice. We parked in the front of the hotel and it was safe.

The room and furniture seem a bit outdated and damaged here and there.

Very helpful and friendly multilingual staff ! (English-French-Spanish etc.) Good Spanish-style breakfast included and À la carte restaurant meals to order, special requests are welcomed. Excellent location close to city centre, yet with quiet rooms for a good night's sleep.

Only one small issue: unreliable Wifi connection in room, probably works better in reception lounge (not tested).

The hotel is very well located in the centre. You can go walking everywhere. The staff is very kind, the breakfast was very complete, natural orange juice done at the moment, omelet, coffee... They ask you if you want something else and prepare whatever you want. The room was very clean. I would strong recommend this hotel. I will come back again next time I will be in Laayoune.

Very clean and quiet, despite its excellent location close to airport and city center. Two major parks (Oum Saad and Mechouar) in walking distance. Good shopping and dining nearby. Breakfast included.

No hair dryer available, even on request. Breakfast somewhat boring if you stay longer than two days
