Location is perfectly in the city centre, the room with sea view was excellent

Dont even have an electric kettle in the room(let alone bottom water) and need to go to another floor to get some water. Staff wasnt helpful enough to point out theres a much cheaper bus option from the nearby terminal bus station directly to Trelew airport and only suggested the expensive taxi service

We would like to say a special mention to the staff who were very accommodating and helpful during check in and check out. The hotel was in a great location to Downtown for restaurants and right on the waterfront. Great selection of food for breakfast too. Room was perfectly comfortable and we had a very pleasant stay.

If we had to say anythjng, the hotel was a little run down but it didn't really detract from our stay.

The location is great, right in front of the beach. The staff was gentle all the time. Breakfast was well served and delicious. The hotel is well equiped with pool, gym and sauna. The room was comfortable.

I would like them to turn on the AC at the gym.

Location was great and staff were amazing and helpful. The room had a great view and was quiet despite being on the main road. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Good amenities in the room and breakfast had a lot of good options.

It was a bit tired and dated in the room itself

the standard is relatively low – the room are pretty used, and requires renovation to stand up to 4* standard declared by the hotel

Beautiful hotel! Really friendly staff. It is close to beach and the center. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. And the breakfast is amazing. Large variety and tasty.
