Clean; Good location and great beds
The cost of parking is not clearly stated in the website (there is a small letter in the bottom of the website that I was only able to see with the assistance of the receptionist); there is only one elevator and the staff uses the elevator to move the clean trollers which cause a huge waiting time in the morning; there is no news in the coffee, every day the same thing.

Only the location.
The lady who works afternoon at the reception, lady with glasses was so rude with no education with my friend. Just because we bring our friend at our room ro wait for us to go out. She was so unprofessional telling our friend to leave, because can't receive visits. This was the first hotel that we experienced something like this. Bad experience. Also the room wasn't very clean, closet handles broken, and a lot bugs running in the floor. The shower was flooding all the floor. NEVER AGAIN!

They charged me for a third person when my girlfriends brother stopped by to see she was ok and left
