Very central location, inexpensive and friendly valet parking, very friendly and informative staff who made us feel at home. Good breakfast buffet served in an attractive, light, airy room, with all breakfast items refilled promptly, eggs made to order. Large, comfortable well-maintained room with solid 'Germanic' furniture. High room on 10th floor with views over the city. Good value.

The lobby and our room looked like they hadn't been renovated for several decades, but both were in good condition.

Very large quiet room with comfortable bed , excellent bath facilities, excellent breakfast that was very tasty. staff warm and welcoming.

We came back and our room door was wide open. No explanation or excuse given.

No electric kettle in the room for hot water / making coffee

The room was amazing with alot of space for the entire family. We wished we stayed more than only one night! The staff was really nice and helpful, spoke both Portuguese and English. Would definitely stay there for the next visit to Blumenau!

The only thing that we didn't like as much was the pool area. It wasn't that cozy and we wished it had a bar.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful! The location is also very handy, with plenty of restaurants and other services within walking distance.

My window faced the wine bar across the street, which was very noisy most nights now that it's open. Even though the nights were cool, I had to sleep with the window shut and fan on to drown out the noise.
