We had the most incredible 5 night stay. The staff and the management could not have done more to make our stay truly special. The food, cocktails, breakfast buffet selection and quality of everything was very high. Each meal was outstanding. Such lovely staff full of smiles, set in an incredible location with a super clean beach. We felt like this was 7 star, not 5 star. We will definitely be back. Thank you for having us. We will remember it forever.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel is pricey. It is twice more expensive than a resort in Caribbean in Reveillon. But it's close to São Paulo and there is recreation for children over 4 years old .

The breakfast was very good

the check in began at 4 p.m. and the ckeck out was 12hs, as always. It is very few time to the price they have. The flooring of the hall between rooms was ceramic tiles. When people walks, it makes lots of noise.

What is decisive for us is the beach wheelchair which enables us to stroll on the beach with my father who has mobility issues. But ALL the Meals in the all-inclusive system were fantastic, from Breakfast to Lunch to Afternoon Tea to Dinner. The service of some of the staff was also exceptional: Patricia at check-in, Manager Adriano at the Father's Day lunch, Manager Nelson at one of the restaurants, guard Suelen, and Pamela's best omelets ever.

Cleanliness and beach service. Highlight to the warm swimming pool and excellent food and service at the restaurant. Beach tennis class with Leticia from Marcus Ferreira academy was amazing

Basketball field was not available and pretty dirty

All impressive , staff is the highlight! From the front desk to bar , cleaning to kids club!
