Close to the airport. We were only there to spend the night for a transfer to Trancoso.

Old facilities, bathroom wasn’t clean, noisy room by the main road made it hard to sleep. Bedroom light wouldn’t shut off completely making it very hard at night.

We would like to report the unprofessional behavior of the night porter. We left our room at 3:30 AM to catch our flight and returned to the hotel at 4:30 AM. At that point, the porter refused to let us back into our room and demanded that we pay again for the room we had vacated just one hour earlier. This conduct is unacceptable and felt like a scam. We refused to comply and warned that we would call the police. We kindly ask you to address this situation, report the porter’s behavior, and offer us compensation for this distressing experience.
