The place is fantastic, when full during high season the service gets more difficult.

No change of bed liniens and towels during 4 days of stay surprised me

The space was to small for all the people that was there.

Loved the location and the peace that this place inspires. I was very pleased with the staff, they seem to be accommodating and ready to answer your questions/complaints.

The hotel seems very scattered around, but this also provides a secluded experience that is unique to this region. I would have loved to have more adventures/tours/activities offered to me at check-in.

It is different and in the middle of the dessert. Nice, big beach.

It is in the middle of nowhere, and all the places that have food close at 9pm or before. After that it is very difficult to find snacks or any kind of food after that time. If going with kids make sure you bring some snacks.

The food....it was horrible...poor choices of food The drinks being an open bar were served in a tiny cup....

Location is great if u want to have a peaceful time. Even if it’s small it’s “cute” However they allow too many people for the capacity. Queue to check in is about 1 hour if u’re coming with the 3pm group Breakfast- lunch and dinner - again queue - if u arrive 30 mins before closing food times u might get surprised as they run out of cutleries, plates and food. It was very frustrating to see the options. You don’t get option actually.

It was great located

I didn’t like the fact that I had to go all the way to the lobby to pay for dinner. The food wasn’t good and some of the employees at the restaurants were so mean and rude.

Original design. Beachfront. The 4 wheel tour was nice.

Horrible access. Roads beaten up and unsafe. Extremely difficult to find. All inclusive without disclosure, so we took breakfast only and there’s nowhere else to go ina 30min radius drive. Mediocre food. Unsafe water, got a stomach flu. we took a horseback ride and it was quite poor.
