The cleanliness of the room was exceptional and the check in staff were very helpful and attentive. Will definitely stay here again.

The valet service was a bit sub par. Attendant caused my girlfriend and I to miss our reservation due to him not knowing how to start our car. We explained to the staff at valet that if the key transmitter isn't pressed twice the car won't start.. Attendant made me walk with him to prove to him the fact since he claimed to have done so and the car still didn't start. I pressed the button twice, got in and the car started right up. I, then had to pull my vehicle out on my own, as he had already walked away.

I like this hotel because it is conveniently located within the Los Angeles county. I also like the hotel because it has many services within such as restaurants, bars, of course the casino, it has a pool, and it has a wellness center or a massage therapy center where one can take the time to unwind and relax if they want to.

One thing that I am not too fond of, or didn’t like, was the lack of communication between the staff at the front desk, the staff at the parking lot, and the rest of the facilities staff. Because of this, and because of the heavy foot traffic that the hotel has, the hotel seems a little unkempt and chaotic when it really shouldn’t be.

When we dial for room services it did not work we had to call front desk from us to be transferred to the guest service for room service/food. Please update the extension information in the guest room. The outdoors pool/jacuzzi needs to be repainted/updated. It’s a bit outdated and peeling and cracking from usage.

The property is overall clean and comfortable and well maintained and great staff and service! I would highly recommend it to anybody! Thoroughly enjoyed the speaker mirrors and blacked out curtains. The mini radio could be updated it is for iPods. Overall great! Would like to get offers for returning because I do often enjoy visiting and playing games. Thank you

I read the other reviews so I was a bit apprehensive in booking this hotel but it has the two queen-bed rooms which we need because I was with my son and booking 2 rooms at Hilton which was just beside Citadel was too expensive for the purpose of our overnight stay. I was pleasantly surprised that the room is relatively big, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom with big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrush, and 4 bath towels and 4 face towels. The hotel is about half a mile to/from Citadel Outlets which was our objective in going to the area. Not walking distance but near enough that we can go back and forth during the Black Friday shopping season without spending too much time driving. There's a diner and restaurants in the hotel, 24-hour room service, so food is not an issue, whenever you're hungry. There's ample parking spaces as well.

We were charged a refundable USD50 deposit which was not expected. I am still waiting for the refund as of this writing. When you're a hotel guest, you are entitled to valet parking, but with all my shopping purchases left in the car, I was not comfortable having someone else handling my car keys. Without valet, the parking is a bit of a walk from the hotel. Walking from the parking lot to the hotel lobby, you pass through the smoking areas of the casino hotel and I'm not happy about that since I have asthma and cigarette fumes is anathema to me.

The hotel was amazing, staff was amazing which includes front desk, valet, cleaning service, and room service. Room service was excellent. Most importantly AC was excellent. Had zero issues checking in and checking out.

The shower pressure was low, barely enough water came out to shower and the shower switch was extremely hard to use. You’d pull it up and the water would still run the bath water, pulled it more and the shower head would run.

I like how they offer free Valet for the first vehicle, the service was very convenient. When signing up for a casino membership we received $40 in room service. That was also quite great because we were able to get a great breakfast for the price they provided us with. I would definitely come back and bring more people to enjoy the casino!

The location was awesome and the Valet parking was so convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room view was great!

The beds were in the harder side and the mirror in the bathroom that was supposed to light up didn’t . There was some rust too .

Andrew at Check in was a gentleman and a scholar. You should keep that man around the place…

Needs a laundry facility of some kind for long term stay customers to run a load of wash.

It was a very convenient location, right off the freeway. The free valet parking was a plus, the process was always quick and smooth. The room was spacious and clean.

We were given an adjoining room, and we could hear everything they said. Thin walls.

Great bang for your buck great location outlets are less than 5 minutes away..... Ordering food to the room affordable and yummy. Staff was pleasant and easy check in and out.

A/c wasn't working the best and the bathroom door was off the track and couldn't be closed.
