The staff were very welcoming and responsive. The cleaning staff do a great job.We are glad to be near good restaurants, shopping, the bus line, and parks. We especially appreciate being so close to Erewon for groceries, smoothies, healthy treats, and good prepared meals.

We will be patient as the hotel is undergoing major improvements and renovations, but there are fewer rooms available at this time. We don't want to tell people how nice, affordable, comfortable, and convenient this place is, so there will always be room for us!

Hi. Thank you for a lovely stay. I traveled from Laguna beach for an event and your inn was just right. I understand you are renovating. A suggestion is an easy chair with side table and lamp for relaxing. Also another shelf or side table next to the refrigerator/microwave. There wasn’t a coffee maker but I think that’s because this room was still under renovation. I will return to your Inn.

The Beverly Inn was such a great experience. Everything was so clean. The location is just a perfect location. All of the cleaning ladies are so nice and helpful! There’s an Italian restaurant right across the street that has delicious food. The guy at the front desk is so friendly and speaks great Spanish. My trip was only supposed to be a day it ended up being a three night stay at the Beverly Inn.

This motel is very dated and old school and has the best possible location and value for the location. It has been a regular for our family for over a decade. You can walk to Melrose, the original Erewhon, the LA Farmer's Market and the Grove.

It's an older hotel and definitely shows it's age.

The location was excellent. The hotel was outdated beds were a bit firm. But everything was clean and also it was quite quiet considering the location. The air conditioning was working perfectly. And the free parking was a good bones.

I didn't like leaving this motel, and retuning to Chicago. Love this place!

It's a great value. Simple but nice. Quite n safe..... The value is great, location is truly awesome if you want to be close to everything! The Grove is directly across the street and offer everything you would want. There's nothing fancy about this place but the staff is super kind and accommodating. It's like visiting family.......

Not a lot of parking but plenty of street parking over night

The location is great and for the price the room and facilities were just what we needed. A nice park nearby and the farmer's market too - the whole area feels safe for walking around,
