The pool was delightful. Breakfasts were excellent. Staff friendly and courteous Security was efficient

Great location, very comfortable, nice size as expected, clean and very nice staff.

Stains on carpets in LR; automated window curtains (facing East) didn't work, and closed/open at random hours; casting to TV was more difficult than needed to be; wifi was spotty; floor in bathroom vibrated too much due to machinery below; got charged twice for parking (on bill as well upon exit - but working with staff to resolve.)

I liked: 1) ease of check-in and that the room was ready when we arrived 30 minutes early. 2) that they honored my request for a room on a lower level 3) the breakfast was amazing 4) the waters each day (when a member of the reward program) 5) showers were nice and beds comfortable

That guests have to pay $27/night to park their car. I will never get over this with hotels. We pay quite a bit for the room - to have to pay that much to park a car seems exorbitant.

The location is right where we want to visit, Pasadena, CA. The environment around the hotel looks very nice and I could walk outside in the nearby mall area at night. Although we didn’t have time to explore much but the surrounding area looks nice and safe. The room is very clean and bed very comfortable. The reception hall is spacious and very well furnished with a lot of comfortable seatings.

Parking in and out can be improved to be more convenient

The hotel was located in a walkable area with lots of restaurants and shopping within a few blocks. THe outdoor area by the pool had a large chess set and area to play games with the family. Breakfast was good.

The room was on the smaller side of all the rooms we stayed in on our trip with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. The pool was pretty cold and in the shade for the afternoon.

Decent hotel well situated in Pasadena with good, secure albeit expensive parking. Our check in was very efficient and they happily stored our bag securely at our early arrival and after check out. A special mention to Chris : the happiest, most polite and efficient front desk staff member I can ever remember : thank you Chris!

The (included in your room price) breakfast. This was not the ‘carefully curated’ breakfast which the hotel happily promises and promotes. Hyatt should be ashamed of what was offered at the breakfast buffet : solid eggs, bacon dust, sausages which had seen better days, a poor display of cereals, fruit and yoghurt and cheap bread stuffs : all served on plastic plates at lobby tables : it was uncomfortable and the dreadful food from the bottom end of food budget.

Hot breakfast and plenty of choices for all tastes and ages. Room had plenty of outlets for devices and bath had numerous hooks. Bed comfortable.

Coffee / tea available 24 hours; more food choices (child) at bar area. Although we were compt for parking, is charging really necessary? What about those who are renting a car and now pay a parking fee on top?

The hotel has the modern and fresh feeling and look. Room was always clean and the other areas as well. Breakfast was really and quite complete. Staff at the reception was really nice and very helpful.

Parking was quite expensive in the hotel. There’s a cheaper one right across for 12$ maximum daily and another one for 8$ a little further away.

It was very inviting and comfortable.

The parking garage exit needs work. There is an automated machine at the exit that only works as a speaker. You have to talk to a person and read them a code. Seems simple until no one answers. I was stuck and had to back out to park. Then had to go to the front desk to find out the attendant had stepped away and had now returned. I was not pleased with the experience.

The breakfast was very good, but I wish that there was a bit more variety, particularly for the hot dishes.

I stayed one week, and I made my booking many months prior to my trip. I asked for a room with a good view and I did not notice any effort from the hotel staff to try to accommodate that. Some staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, others were not so much. I asked for daily housekeeping, and the ladies did a very good job despite the strike. However, I wish that the housekeeping was performed in a more regular way. One day was in the morning, and in another day in the afternoon ... Since I was attending a conference, and I need to use the room during the day sometimes, these scheduling changes conflict a bit with my activities. Sometimes, the music in the lobby was a bit too loud.
