The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great, not flat. Breakfast was nice, scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, juice, cereal. Front desk staff friendly and helpful, housekeeping was very nice too, plenty of clean towels. We really enjoyed having the fridge in the room so we could keep some food in the room since we were there for a week. Wasn't super fancy, but comfortable. The location was smack in the middle of most stores and restaurants, near many historical sites and the price was right for our family of four.

The pool looked lovely but wasn't open so that was a bummer, but that was about it.

The lady at the desk, I think her name was Christa Moore, she was absolutely amazing, polite and extremely helpful. With the exception of one person the whole staff has always been so friendly and helpful.

I have no complaints.

The staff was very polite, helpful, and professional. She was very apologetic when the system was down and we couldn't get checked in right away. I liked the fact that there was a variety of things to choose from for breakfast. I have a 5yr old who is kind of a picky eater and she found several things that she liked for breakfast as well as my 2 little grandsons. Overall experience was great and I would book again if ever in the area.

The floors were dirty and there was a dirty towel left on the back of the bathroom door from the previous person. I let the staff know and she apologized for it. I let her know it was ok but the next person might not be nice about it. I let her know that it wasn't that big of a problem to me and we just didn't touch it. She was going to let the cleaners know that they need to be checking the back of the bathroom doors. The sidewalks could have been shoveled and salted as well. They were very icy and untouched at 10 am when we checked out making it hard to get little ones to the car.

Hotel provided ground floor room per my request due to mobility issues. Breakfast was hot and plentiful.

“Hills” or uneven payment to walk from room to lobby for breakfast. Took my cane to help navigation. While a problem for me with the “hills” or different levels from room to Libby, my husband had his problems and did not see this as a problem for him, it he worried about me.

Great location to fuel, shopping and food. Easy access to hotel. Nice indoor pool. Pet friendly.

Beds could use new mattresses. A little better job cleaning the rooms. Re: Vacuuming the room, stuff left in the corners. Someone's old soap left on the top of shower.

Easy access, friendly staff, clean rooms, within minutes of from any store or office.

There was NO hot tub as advertised. In fact, it had been gone for years. The outside of the inn was worn down, had confusing hallways and stairways.

It was quite, comfortable, good location to entertainment, food, shopping and much more. Staff very friendly and polite ask if need help with anything.

Swimming pool isn't open.

Staff, cleanliness, price. Was well lit. Felt safe.

Parking and finding the room was a problem. My mother has difficulty seeing and walking, so I had to get as close to the room as possible.

the room was clean and bed was comfortable. I also liked how close it was to food, gas stations and stores like Walmart. And the breakfast was good
