The room was nice and very comfortable and clean. The staff was awesome and very accommodating!! The location was perfect for our needs...(close to hospital).

The bathroom had no shelves. None in the shower either. The towels took up all the room on the sink/vanity, so there was no where to put our bathroom luggage. No place to put our special shampoo/cream rinse/oils/soaps in the shower for our use.

Breakfast was good though the space was crowded. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathtub was comfortable, and the controls worked well.

The pool was murky and very small. Towels had to be requested. The fridge was set to a freezing temperature and it exploded the sodas placed in it. There was a door to the outdoors that was never secured.

The location was great, the staff were all friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the had something different each day, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool was so relaxing.

The walls in the halls and stairwells definitely need to be cleaned and it would be nice to have a credit or debit card option for the guest laundry machines.

Hall was hot, had a bad smell. You texting me at midnight asking how my stay was when its not over yet. Carpet worn-out , torn

The pool was nice the beds were comfortable

Our room was at the far end of the first floor and there was a door that let her outside but you couldn’t enter through it and I didn’t have a lock, so anybody could’ve entered the facility

Loved the big refrigerator and the bed was super comfortable. The pricing and value was exceptional too. Staff was very friendly and helped with any issues that came up.

Nice facilities, very clean and very well staffed. It had rained a large amount in a very short time during my stay and there was an employee who was continually cleaning the floors to prevent customers from slipping.

Nothing particularly different from any other motel in the States. Loud AC that could break walls with amounts of air pushed :) That's probably it.

EXCEPTIONALLY wonderful friendliness from every staff member we encountered. It was very refreshing!!

Clean, convenient, comfortable, the beds were so comfy, and a good breakfast!

The air conditioner seemed to stop on its own during the night and we woke up hot and had to change the thermostat off and back in for it to resume.
