Clean rooms convenient location

Breakfast was terrible and cold. The lady that was putting it out and replacing items had her 2 small children there. And all they did was run around and push buttons to elevator. We’ve stayed here a few times but I guess it’s time to find another place.

Friendly staff...both front desk and breakfast attendant Overpriced, I assume that was because it was Homecoming weekend Unfortunately I was double charged. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and is passing the info to the day Manager

Left before breakfast was set. From what we see, standard fare for continental breakfast. The staff was helpful, and the front desk accepted a list of repair items needing attention. All in all was a good place to stop.

On going repair work; impact drill at 6:30 PM.

It was convenient off the highway.

The clerk was a sleep at the desk when we arrived (it was 1:30am) so understandable but unprofessional at the same time. It could have been cleaner. Everything is a little outdated. Premium rates on rooms when Alabama is playing.

Everything was great. Food was great.

On Saturday morning of April 8th, the staff decided they were going to argue in front of the guests. That included screaming and yelling and using profanity. There were a large number of guest in the breakfast area when this happened

I like that the property was close by 2 restaurants and a gas station.

I did not like about the property was the lighting in the room was deemed and I could here the employees dragging the tables and chairs instead of picking them up and moving them at 5/6 ish in the morning through the walls of my room.

Nice room and amenities.

One of the plugs on the night stand lamp in room 206 would not charge my device. The plug seemed too loose.

Breakfast, very clean, smooth check in and out.

No ice machine on the second floor. Had to go down to the first floor.

Breakfast had all the essential elements. Linda was exceptionally helpful and fun to interact with and really enjoys her work.

The ice machine needs to use cleaner water
