Very clean and comfortable room, helpful staff and good breakfast. The omelette station was a good touch. The bar serves alcohol, with a quiet area that showed sports on TV. Modern, clean bathroom with nice products provided. The pool area was a bonus and great little sun trap.

It is far out of town, but we were aware of this, it cost 150-200 DHM for taxis into town, reception will call them for you if asked. There was initial confusion about whether we had breakfast included despite this being a detail on our booking confirmation and the spare bed had not been prepared for our daughter, these small details were soon sorted out though.

Good clean hotel.

It took over an hour to get towels for the swimming pool. Had to ring reception a couple of time every time the answer was "we are sending someone right away" but nobody showed up. Then had to go to reception which promised to resolve but again nothing happended for the next 30min. When I went back to reception a second time to complain, they had someone on the phone who sent them a picture of towels on some of the sunbeds, saying we could use them, without checking if someone else was using them ... The situation was very poorly handled and communication broken. That was very frustrating :(

Clean, contemporary decor with excellent rooms. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom/ shower facilities were in great condition. We booked two rooms and both were very spacious. The breakfast was superb and would definitely stay there again. Also close to the airport which is what we needed. It was too cold to use the pool but it would be lively in the summer. A little snack shop on the ground floor and the in room dining was good (even though they ran out of fries) other than that it was close to perfect. Thank you.

We loved everything.

It is a new and modern hotel. The interior design is fresh and appealing - it is really cosy. Also the facilities provided are great: amazing pool on the rooftop, nice gym and great dining hall. The room was perfect in its design and form. Beds are comfortable with great linen. Breakfast is good and has international and Moroccan cuisine meals. Our stay was calm and pleasant. The staff was nice and welcoming.

Since the hotel is rather new, many employees are young people who definitely try their best. I guess they still need a bit more training since such things as very long check-in and missed laundry package collection were observed during our stay. It is not a big problem, but such details, if paid attention at, raise the quality of service.

Great TV + the multiple socket USB chargers saved me having to plug in my laptop to charge accessories. Great staff. Felt very free walking around. Once your ‘in’, you’re in, and honored as a guest. The terrace on the first floor is great. As a smoker I didn’t fancy continually walking out the main entrance. Unlike the UK, there are no prohibitions as to where in terrace areas you can smoke. Working late, I was able to sit on the terrace and use may laptop after restaurant closing hours, which I greatly appreciated. The staff were great about this. This is what I like about Morocco.. no rules just for the sake of having rules. Leila who served at the breakfast was great. Friendly and welcoming, as were all the staff.

Generally when staying in hotels I like to walk around and discover the surrounding area. That wasn’t possible here. The surroundings are a melange of motorways and run down lots of land strewn with detritus, though Hilton cannot be faulted for that.

Towels are very very bad Are discarded and damaged, should nit be used not even in a lowest star hotel,,, i was very disappointed and was obliged to buy towels for our use during our stay. We stayed for one week

Elaborate breakfast, location was great, and the swimming pool was fantastic after a long tour of Morocco. This was a lovely way for us to end our holiday.

The staff at reception came across as a bit rude; this may have been because of the language barrier. They were a bit abrupt and treated us a bit unprofessionally.

Big buffet breakfast. Friendly personnel. Close to the motorway and my customer. Big modern hotel.

Area around is still in development. Motorway from airport to hotel is toll road and not possible to pay with bank or credit card. You need to have cash dirhams to pay or you loose on the 'exchange'. Always a guy shows up to fix the problem for you. Rental cars are expensive, better and easier is to rent a small taxi (red taxi). Passport is asked and kept at reception. I forgot about it and they gave it back a few days later. Without passport you may get into problems. Try not to give your passport or at least wait at the reception to get it back. Preferably let them not make a copy of it. A passport is to identify yourself, not to make copies. This is a problem in many hotels. Little variation with the food served. Tajin was far from the expected original Morrocon dish.

food is pretty ugh but breakfast is worth it to save time. You have to pick up pool towels from reception- for some reason they are afraid to leave them at the pool.

Love the place , quite and I am regular costumer every time I go Casablanca I do set on that hotel
