Great location, beautiful views. Breakfast was above average, great choices, excellent service! Staff in general was very courteous and helpful.

This hotel lacks sufficient sound proofing. Being next to a major road the sounds of vehicular traffic (considering that we were 10 stories up) was loud. In addition, for a couple of nights we could hardly sleep due to loud voices from people in adjacent rooms who were either on the phone all night (10pm through 5am) or simply having loud conversations. Annoying to say the least. Finally, apparently, the non-smoking in the rooms rule is not enforced.

This was my first time at a Hilton Garden Inn, and it did not disappoint. The hotel is beautiful and extremely comfortable. Very luxurious and well worth the stay. I would absolutely stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again, and this was a great representation of the brand.

I had to switch rooms. There was a note in the room that they will satisfy you no matter what, so I went down to the front desk. They moved me to another room without hesitation. The reason I switched was because the room I got had an absolutely terrible view. I usually don't care about these things, but it was right above the roof of the parking, so it was really not the greatest. However, no complaints, they moved me and even let me stay past checkout at no charge. Wonderful stay.

The staff and how they were kind and helpful. They gave me lot of attention during breakfast mostly and felt spoiled.

Room was large with a view. Bed was comfortable and the fact that the hilton had the same ambiance from cancun to puebla, it felt right

This hotel is definitely value for money. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Good fish restaurant. Friendly staff. Breakfast was nice.

We came to visit MIB museum, so hotel location was ok for us as the hotel is situated in font of museum opposite side of the highway, but location is far away from the city center.

The beds and showers were awesome. Reception staff very professional and friendly.

The pool is a let down. It’s why I booked the hotel. When I arrived it had a chair in it along with rubbish. No sunbeds outside. Get this right and I think your reviews go up.

The beds and bedding did. not smell great. The pillows, although they looked like they had clean pillow cases, smelled like body odor. They did not smell fresh at all.

the premises and the location across from museo barroco beautifull neighborhood located on a great blvd with lots of bridges to go across to ride buses to pueblas main square.

Hotel was great, restaurant had great food options and bed was very comfortable, rooms were quite enough. It was very close to the nicest shopping center I've seen in a while with great restaurant options.

I would say that the only thing we were not happy with was the personnel at the front desk were they kept messing with our extended stay room keys as they kept getting deactivated throughout the day and had to keep on activating them constantly and also that we had to keep an open balance on our accounts to be able to charge things on our room. Never heard of that from a big chain hotel!! Hotel is a far distance to downtown Puebla.

Great location very clean hotel. Nice restaurant a little expensive 60 pesos a beer 150 a cocktail 200 for a burger .but fantastic service .

Only one hiccup. They gave me a room key that wasn't activated. Was shut in lift as you need a key to activate it.
