But!! A great room needs to fully function Firstly the minibar had to be switched to one that actually works. The luxurious bath and shower share the same space so the floor is actually flooded after using the shower. The bath doesn't actually function. So what's the point?? As we were getting ready to check out the next guests just walked into the room!! Therefore the word" Best" doesn't really apply here. Better hotels at the airport have better rates

The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for catching an early morning flight out the next morning. The facility was modern, open, contemporary and clean. We tried the pastry and coffee bar as well as the restaurant. Both were delicious with good food and beverage selections. I would stay here again, and very likely will!

Traffic outside was fairly constant, but it is directly on the main road into the airport, so there isn't a lot that can be done about that. The room thermostat was digital, but we could never figure out how to cool the room. The settings seemed preprogrammed and didn't allow us to set it. So we opened the room window a bit, making the traffic noise an issue for a while. But, all said, we found our stay quite pleasant!

We stayed there a night before our morning flight, so the close distance to the airport was very comfortable. If desired, the hotel offers a free shuttle the airport. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The room was spotless and well equipped. The restaurant prices were reasonable and the food was very good.

Only two small technical problems. We booked the room excited about bath tub, but unfortunately the seal of the bathtub stopper did not work. Also the AC in the room was heating instead of cooling, even though we set up the freezing mode. Since our stay was only overnight we didn’t reach out to the staff about these issues, but based on previous interactions, I am certain they would resolve these issues quickly.

Very organized and well managed hotel. Staff go the extra mile and are proactively anticipating most of guest’s needs. Always smiling, kind and professional. I would say, at the present, the facilities come as normal to slightly above the standard, restaurant and bar venue included, but the staff add the extra value. Beds were very comfy, room spacious, well equipped and quite newly furbished. High cleanliness, respecting the 4 stars level. Will definitely return during my next visit to Tirana

Currently there are some works in progress in the street nearby, which can be also heard from the hotel room. It was enough to turn on a good movie on the tv to get distracted and the reception was very keen on helping me to move to a quieter room.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Premier, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary toiletries and the in-room coffee setup. The hotel’s facilities were top notch which were clean and well-maintained. I also enjoyed breakfast at the on-site restaurant—the food was delicious, and the service was great!

We always stay here when we leave Tirana. Usually, our flight is very early, so we stay here the night before. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. The breakfast is varied and very good. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable.

We usually use the kettle, since we don't like expresso. The kettle in our room had a British plug, and it didn't fit in any of the outlets. Luckily, we had a converter with us, and that solved the problem. It is my opinion that all beds in Europe are not the most comfortable.

Chose this hotel because of its proximity to Tirana airport (just across the road). We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and bathroom. We were checking out prior to breakfast service so were given a breakfast pack on check out at 4am. On site restaurant reasonably priced with good food. Large swimming pool and surrounding area

A lot of public works happening at the airport at the moment which does make it difficult to cross the road and get to the airport. Not the hotels fault and temporary

The hotel was very near to the terminal, a short hop across a minor road, and extremely convenient. Our room was large and an unusually (good) designed bathroom with show and bath. Breakfast was a well stocked buffet with option to have something cooked. As we came to appreciate about Albanian people, the staff were hospitable, friendly and helpful. An example was the help we received from two of the hotel reception staff, Kierenc and Rebecca who worked tirelessly helping us to obtain our boarding passes. The BA site simply advising that there was a fault and of course no one was available by phone. The hotel staff tried very hard to connect with BA to find out what the issue was.

The hotel was good but not quite excellent, a few minor faults - one bedside lamp wasn't working, but the reception staff (Kierenc) dealt with that very promptly. No hot water for the bath was disappointing.

Modern hotel very conveniently located opposite the Airport - only a 2 minute walk from the terminal. The staff were very friendly, and the room was spacious, very clean and well appointed. The largest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel at this price point. Hotel stored my bags until later in the afternoon (after check out) for no charge which was appreciated.

The only thing that let the stay down was the airbath which didn't function properly. The switch panel and knobs were broken... whilst this was minor (we did not book to have an airbath) if it was there it should work. Reception were aware and I get the impression that there is no plan to fix it and it seems to be an ongoing issue with them.

My sister and I stayed one night at the beginning of our vacation. We had requested a twin room but actually got a beautiful family room. We also stayed two nights at the end of our vacation and got a very spacious twin room. Beautiful bathrooms both times. The hotel is across the street from the airport, extremely convenient. The breakfast is a buffet with an enormous selection of breads, pastries, meats, eggs, fruits and vegetables. Our return flight was at 4 a.m. so we assumed we'd miss breakfast the last day. However, Rebeka at the front desk told us the hotel would prepare a bagged breakfast. She made the arrangements and the breakfasts were ready for us when we checked out at 1:45 a.m. Rebeka is a sweet and helpful employee with a beautiful smile. She was very knowledgeable and is an asset to Best Western.

Some minor stuff: our key did not work on two occasions, necessitating a return to the front desk. The safe in our bedroom (during our second stay) did not work, but a maintenance employee was able to fix it quickly.
