Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the entire property was spotless, which made for a comfortable experience.

The path leading from the hotel to the airport lacks a proper sidewalk near the hotel, with flowerbeds and trees occupying the space directly outside the hotel. As a result, I had to pull my luggage along a grassy area to reach the sidewalk, which was quite challenging. A more accessible pathway would greatly enhance the convenience for guests.

Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Within walking distanace from the airport. Although partly because of the construction going on around the airport it is not the most pedestrian friendly path. But we managed at night with two small kids and it felt safe. Overall a good stay. Comfortable for families thanks to bed sofa and available crib.

A couple of things could be improved. Check in was somewhat slow which was a little bit frustrating in the middle of the night. The curtains do let some light in meaning it is not really dark after sunrise. Lastly there is a motion sensored light in the hallway of the room. This was quite annoying as it switched on if someone went to the bathroom at night. Would be good if there was a way to switch that off.

The room was excellent, comfy bed, and everything I needed. Nice bathroom with plenty of towels. Having coffee in the room was nice.

Breakfast did not start until 7:30 so I missed it due to my flight. Normally I would say 7:30 is fine but this was an airport hotel and many people have early flights. I was very disappointed I had to walk to the airport. I am a senior citizen with luggage of a 1 month trip. The main reason I chose this hotel was because they said they had airport shuttle. The front desk said they didn't work from 6-8 AM. No idea why but even though only about 10 minute walk it was scary on a very busy road and no sidewalk.

The hotel seemed to be quite new, it was in good condition. The room was very clean and the bed was good. For the price compared to other hotels that we stayed in Albania, this one was really worth the price. We were staying one night before the early flight home, so we didn't have time to stay for the breakfast, so no comments about it. The location is good, close enough to the airport to walk between them.

There's Hertz car rental on the same property, that the hotel co-operates with. We had rented a car from another company and brought our luggage to the hotel before returning the rental car. A worker from Hertz seemed to look us not in a nice way, when we parked our car from another rental company to the hotel parking lot for a moment.

Very close to airport hence handy for late night arrival as we arrived after mid-night Quite spacious room and good air conditioning. Better than expected breakfast including cooked items They helped us to arrange taxi to Tirana city centre.

No mirror in living area and four people needing to get ready, there was que to use one in the bathroom! Cups too small to have any chance of making a drink despite tea bag and instant coffee sachets were provided along with a huge kettle! We were advised daily housekeeping with replacement of drinking water bottle, did not happen.

Good hotel in an area next to the airport. From the airport you can go to town and come back until late. Perfect for the last night before your flight. The room is really nice, brand new, spotless clean, very good bed, great shower, well isolated.

1) the girl at the reception was clearly not liking her job and was completely disinterested 2) in a hotel next to the airport you expect the possibility of being able to get an early breakfast or at least a cup of coffee early in the morning, but that is not the case 3) The hotel has a deal with Hertz Car Rental; if you didn't rent a Hertz car, you can't use their parking lot and it really is not easy to get rid of your car in that area, so you better be warned in advance! 4) The room is near the airport, but the area is not a great one to walk... Either you walk on the road which is dangerous, or you walk an improvised path which is difficult with heavy luggage.

This hotel was a sight for sore eyes after a 2.30 am arrival in Tirana! Located just a 5 min walk from the airport we were checked in and asleep within half an hour of landing. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean - the bed was very comfortable and the AC effective. Tea & coffee with a kettle and a large bottle of water were provided and a mini-bar with reasonably priced drinks and snacks was available. Breakfast was extensive and catered to lots of different tastes and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again before or after a late flight.

The room was big enough, modern and the view was nice. ALL the staff was very friendly and always willing to offer assistance, especially Jessica.The breakfast was ok as well.The location near the airoport is convenient, especially if you land very late in the evening or leaving in the morning.The traffic is dificult so better to stay near the airport than to miss the flight.The taxi until Durres beach was 25 EUR one way and until cable car +bunk art was around 20 EUR one way (they are very close to each other).There is Hertz rent a car company in the same yard with the hotel if you want to go and visit other beaches by yourself. I preferred the hotel because it was close to the airport, I used Tirana as a transfer centre. We stayed at the hotel both the day we arrived and the day we left. It was way above my expectations. The hotel was incredibly clean, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was good. 1 big bottle of water in the room was free of charge, which we liked very much. I would like to stay again.

Only on the second night of our stay the receptionist gave us a room with 2 separate beds, if we were going to stay longer I would have asked for a change, but we used the room to sleep for a short time, we went to the airport, so we did not have a problem.

Great airport hotel, with off road parking and car hire. A 10 minute walk from the airport, don’t get a taxi. Room had aircon and tea making facilities but no coffee. The Albanians love their coffee and I found we often found that the hotels we stayed at didn’t supply coffee in the room, but they don’t hesitate to make it for you if you need a brew first thing in the morning. This hotel was very strict with a one free coffee with your breakfast policy. Everywhere else were most generous.

Breakfast was buffet with no guidance and slow to replenish, staff stood round chatting while you waited to be severed your ONE tea/coffee at breakfast.
