We had a lovely stay at Te Stela. The staff at the reception gave us a nice warm welcome and a short tour around, and offered free drinks at the bar. Our rooms had a nice view of the outdoor pool area. The spa was amazing and spacious, the children absolutely loved it. We enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant, breakfast was good too. The gym was well equipped and there is a small playground for younger children. Parking was free and compound quite spacious. There is a mall close to the resort, about 4 minutes drive, which had a nice selection of stores for food and essentials.

Absolutely nothing...oh, that it was fully booked when we wanted to return there after visiting other parts of Albania!

Adela in reception was fantastic, she was very Friendly and extremely helpful. The facilities were great and the hotel was very clean. Would recommend it and stay again but would definitely be wary of room size.

The continental breakfast was good but the eggs and bacon ect were cold even when fresh came out. We booked the classic suite which was described as 2 bedrooms and 2 living areas, we also emailed to confirm this as there were 6 of us.. The room was open planned with just a wall and no doors between the bedroom and the living area this meant there was a double bed in the bedroom and the other beds (1 double and 2 single) were all in the living area.

Nice Hotel, the Wellness center was nice. Kids loved it. Restaurant ok. Sometimes there are free concerts on the weekends.

The heating system in the room was quite loud. The massage were very good but pretty expensive for Albania (55€ for 40 min). The hotel chauffeur was not available sometimes. Ride to the city is quite long. The coffee at breakfast is not good. You have to get a Voucher for the wellness center at reception, every time you want to go there and you have to get off the lift on the way down ( way up works directly from the welness center).

Very comfortable room, friendly and professional staff. Everything is well-organized, pools (in and out) are clean and spacey. Playground open and located opposite the Restaurant, so parents can watch their offspring while having lunch/ dinner Very good breakfast with fruits, local cheese, bacon, eggs. The restaurant serves excellent pizza and grilled meals. Beer from the brewery nearby is good, though only a few sorts available. At two nights there were even shows at the restaurant. The hotel is an excellent choice for a few relaxing days after or before exploring Albania. Shuttle service to the airport at a reasonable price.

The City centre of Tirana can be reached with local buses starting from the QTU(?) Shopping Mall, a 10-minute walk from the hotel. However, buses are crowded and not easy to detect (City Park AS the final Destination) when trying to go back to the hotel from the centre. Quite a hassle, but locals tried to help. Besides the mall, there is nothing to do in the industrial area around the hotel complex.

The resort id very beautiful and has all you need- starting from a professional and excellent service. There are different sitting and relaxing areas to fit every one needs. Beautiful olive trees and other meditarrenian plants and also tropical ones which make this place pleasing to the eyes and senses. The food is very delicious and is prepared and served well. Hygiene and cleanliness is amazing- highly rated for me. The resort has a sport and leisure centre and life evening music. Really loved it.

What endeared me the most were the staff. They were so friendly and nice and were ready to go out of the world to attend to our needs. We were kinda stranded at the airport when we arrived. With no access to call networks (because we only had our UK lines), we quickly dialled them on whatsapp, and they sent their driver ASAP. We also loved how the room we paid for came as a package. The facilities there were worth it. Made the stay to be home away from home. I loved the fact that we could experience the spa sessions, gym facilities, and the closeness to shopping malls. The complementary breakfast being a buffet was also commendable. The check-in and check out times are also something worthy of mention.

For a resort of this magnitude, the entrance doors ought to be automatic sliding. If there was anything covid taught us, it was reducing how much you touch surfaces. The location of the resort was not somehow great. By location, I mean the access roads to the place. They were so bad and dirty. Clearly not a fault of theirs. The rooms were okay but would have been more comfortable. The windows could be more soundproof. We could hear noises emanating from the outside. The toilet could have been a bit better looking with the inside not looking sparkling enough. The toilet brush should be thrown away and replaced.

Not the easiest hotel to find, and the area is very industrial. It is an oasis of comfort, however, and has so much to offer, including excellent sports facilities and a restaurant. Breakfast was very good, and the room was lovely. Close to the airport and the main highway to Tirana and Durres

Popular with tour groups, and so it is better to have breakfast later. They could benefit from another coffee machine - the one there was slow, and it took a long time to get a coffee. We had a car and therefore could get to the hotel easily - would not recommend without your own transport

Fantastic hotel, Great spa , Superb Breakfast which was included with the price which was so so cheap, The suite they gave us was so big and met everything with needed for a family of 5, nice restaurant attached to the hotel and they provided music entertainment on the Friday night we was there

it was a little out the way, you had to get a bus from the airport to Tirana centre which went past the hotel and then get a bus from the centre back to the hotel there was no direct route, no airport shuttle bus mentioned when we did enquire when we was leaving to go back home

Good sized rooms with a decent shower. Good selection at breakfast. The indoor and outdoor pools were both about 25m long so good for swimming. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

It was strange that the pool only opened from 09.00 to 18.00 and that the pool bar closed at 18.00. It would have been nice to be able to enjoy the facilities longer. The restaurant had limited choices for vegetarians. The hotel is about 30 minutes drive from the city centre with a lot of traffic.

The staff were kind and warm. The facility has 2 indoor pools and a gym which are free. The place was clean and quiet. The kids area is nice, and the breakfast was good too. It is close to the bus stop and they can organise an airport pick up or drop off for you. The rooms are spacious and with good storage. There's a spa with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna all included in the price.
