I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was just as I hoped ,the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. From check-in to check-out, the service was excellent. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how the staff made sure I felt at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and they even offered me a complimentary drink while I waited. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with modern touches. The bed was so comfortable, I didn’t want to leave! The hotel is also in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm back in town!

from the minute, I arrived at the hotel to the mini I left the staff. There were just amazing especially the two lady to the two gentlemen on the front desk Sarah and her team doing an amazing job. I stay many hotels around the world and can stay wherever I like, but this one just felt like I was at home and nothing was too much for them from organizing taxis to telling me where to eat, sorting things out nothing was a problem for these people

Hotel overall was very comfortable. If you go by car, there is a garage. The apartment we had was spacious and clean. Staff was very nice.

If you go by car, there is a garage but you should have on mind that the streets towards hotel are very narrow and it is quite difficult to drive there. The only con about the apartment is that to sofa which was ment for sleeping was in a really bad shape. Adult woudn't be able to sleep there.

The spacious room, it was super clean and the view of the mountains. The towels and bed linen were changed every day. We got a choice of three breakfast menus, very tasty. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is also perfect if you do not want to stay in the center but want to get there quickly. The bus stop is around the corner from the hotel. There are also restaurants nearby.

Everything was really wonderful, personally I prefer a bigger showerhead, but that's preference :)

Our stay was great! The bedroom was incredibly spacious and super comfy. The staff was friendly and always ready to help (one of them went the extra mile to assist us in communicating with the taxi driver). We loved that they offered a breakfast menu with three tasty options. Additionally, it's just a short drive from the city center, which was super convenient.

While there are many positive aspects, a few minor drawbacks are worth mentioning. The hotel's location can be a bit tricky to find, tucked away on a narrow street, and parking can prove to be somewhat challenging. Across the street, there's a carpentry shop, which can occasionally create some daytime noise. Moreover, the water pressure in the room may fluctuate and be on the lower side at times.

The staff here so good The place to clean The breakfast so great. Been here for 4 days I will definitely come back here again the hotel is less than a minutes to the 2 main road for public transport to all areas. This area very very safe up to 11 pm people still move around no problem

Honestly nothing to be fare I enjoyed my stay. People around here very friendly only communication barriers 95 % can't speak English so that's a bit frustrating around shops

I would like to give Mr Mehmet 10 stars for being so helpful and responsive. He is a super star for the hotel. The hotel is close to the airport and good value.

The WiFi connection is so weak and constantly getting lost. The TV only has three local channels. It can be quite noisy and loud start from 6am as the hotel is close to all the shops which are opening for business quite early.
