This is an amazing hotel and we loved staying there. The staff are very friendly and will help you in any way that they can. Our room was super clean, the cleanest we have ever stayed in which made it really comfortable. Breakfast was good, there was plenty to eat with a good variety. We also loved the location of the hotel, we discovered some wonderful restaurants and shops close by and the bus stop was almost outside the hotel, although we walked into the centre of Tirana ( about 20 minutes).

Everything was wonderful but it would have been nice to have a couple of cups or glasses in our room.

Hotel was in very central location, for easy walking to Skanderbeg Square and tourist sights. Really enjoyed the comfortable room. Everything was Spotlessly clean. The staff especially Anna were excellent and very helpful with directions to buses etc. We loved the continental breakfast there were healthy options yoghurts and got options too. Fresh coffee was made on request. The room rate was very good value, the breakfast was a bonus. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Our only slight disappointment was the roof terrace being under renovation so we couldn't enjoy rooftop view.

The hotel staff was friendly and answered my every request. I like that my privacy is respected. The room was not too big, but quite enough. There was enough storage space. The room was clean, and the air conditioner worked great since it was too hot. The breakfast was standard, I have no complaints.

I underestimated the distance from the place where I had obligations, besides, the location was excellent. The temperature on the air conditioner could not be adjusted, so sometimes it was too cold in my room.

Good AC, clean room, comfy bed. Good service. Could stay here again.

The room was to bright at night since there where no blackout curtains. Lackluster breakfast. It would have been good if it stood somewhere that the hotel was connected to a plastic surgery company. We where pretty surprised to see so much blood and misery at breakfast from newly worked on guests. It didn't bother us, but it could be a problem for someone who is sensitive.

Very clean. Very quiet. We slept very well. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful and friendly. It's worth mentioning that the hotel is linked with a plastic surgery clinic, so there are plenty of people wandering around in bandages!

The drive from the airport on a Saturday night was rather challenging and parking at the hotel is limited (although they were happy for me to park behind other cars so long as I left my keys at reception for the hotel driver to shuffle cars).

Location is good - close to bus station to the city center.

Unfortunately we were there during weekend and night was very noisy . In the hotel were many clients of Keit hospital focus on plastic chirurgy - so during the breakfast you see many people after operation of their noses. What would be fine but not without previous information and if you are pregnant...

Location was useful for us, next to bus station. The staff worried a lot about our comfort.l, specially Eni. Air conditioning wasn't working properly because of extreme high temperatures in the city. So first he gave us another room and then an apartment much better than the room we paid for. We used airport transfer and it was very punctual, clean and professional. Very recommendable. Seems that the extreme heat made things hard for air conditioners in the whole city. Too much energy consumption. Those things happens, but the hotel staff found solutions for us that exceeded our expectations.

Amazing staff, really helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Room was clean and Bed was comfortable. Parking was right there. It was near a shopping mall and the necessities were found nearby. 15 min walk to city center. Breakfast was nice.

Washrooms should have shower curtains and the rooms must have slippers.

The room was a good-size, comfortable bed and hot shower. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of variety and the best croissants we had in Albania. Bus stop to town nearby.

The international bus station used to be nearby, but between the time we booked, 1 week, and when we stayed, it had been relocated several kilometres away. Our reason for staying at this hotel had gone! But in saying that, it is only a 10 minute bus ride away.
