We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main square, full of restaurants and cafés. Our room was very clean and tidy every day, thanks to the housekeeping team who did an excellent job. The owner, Mr. Freddy, was incredibly kind and helpful. He was always made sure we had everything we needed and even offered us a bottle of wine as a welcome gesture – something that truly made us feel welcomed. At the front desk, Yuri was always smiling, professional and extremely helpful, calling us a taxi or giving directions, he was there for anything we needed! Above all, he is a genuinely kind person and a true professional. Congrats to the amazing staff ! We’d love to come back and definitely recommend this place! Faleminderit shumë për gjithçka! Room was very tidy with neat towels and linen. Served good breakfast and they were very attentive as for timely refillings. Julien at the reception was very helpful in organising my tours and was very friendly too.

Check out was made difficult as Mr. Dan was very rude in telling my card was declined on the first attempt. I told him he may have to try it again as it has happened to me before. On trying it again it was accepted and the payment was through. The issue is that he was very rude in telling me that and was very reluctant to try it again. Barring for this incident my whole stay was pleasant and all staff were very well behaved and helpful.

Fantastic and helpful staff. Great location just a few minutes from the main square and all the nice streets. I am normally a bad sleeper on hotel beds and this time I slept like a baby. Lovely beds. Lovely shower with powerful jets. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels daily. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The price/quality ratio is excellent.

Breakfast buffet was on the meager side. Fried and scrambled eggs were cold. The coffee however is fantastic and so is the staff.

Very central, clean and comfortable. The owner helped us by keeping a parking spot outside for us when we arrived and was happy to print our boarding passes. The breakfast was very nice, good coffee. It was extremely good value for money. The rooms and bathroom were perfectly fine, clean and hot water plentiful.

The room was on the small side but we only stayed one night so it was fine but I think for more than two nights it may be cramped for two people. The hair dryer was fixed to the wall and kept going off every minute or two. Not big issue really but if that’s an expectation you can be aware.

Breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful. Well spoken and helpful. Every floor had a water machine which was very convenient.

If you have big heavy suitcases and you are on the top floor, be sure to go to the gym and build up some muscles 💪 as there is no lift. The gentleman at the reception kindly helped us up the steep stairs. The room light was dingy, but it was fine for 1 night it served the purpose. Family of 4 shared 1 room.....room 206...2 beds were creaking did not get a proper sleep.

Very friendly and helpful staff, air-conditioning, we didn't have any noise disturbances from outside. We liked the location, central enough that we could walk to the main areas we wanted to visit, but also not too close to get caught up in too much traffic. We also appreciated the secure off street parking (in a parking garage).

The fridge made a loud noise whenever it was plugged in so we had to leave it unplugged. There was also no curtain on the window between the bathroom and bedroom, which I would have preferred for a bit more privacy. No one could see into the bedroom or bathroom though.

The hotel very well located, about 5-6 minutes walking from the main square in a quiet street. In walking distance tons of restaurants offer wide range of foods, local and mediterranian for reasonable prize. The staff is friendly and helpful, let me mention Julian, who is an endless source of history of Albania, the Ottoman Empire and all Tirana - thanks for the conversation!

For me the WiFi didn't work. Cannot mention anything else.

We loved it, even if it was just for one night. Staff was super friendly when we arrived and during breakfast. Everything worked perfectly in the room. You can take water from their dispenser. Freddy himself was there during breakfast and was very friendly with us - cool guy. Good location. Breakfast was fantastic.

We give it a 9 because there was a bit of mold in the shower. Nothing serious honestly, they will probably get rid of that and be a 10!

Fantastic stay - honestly place looks way better than the pics! The hotel ended up giving us a big room (which i don't think is what we paid for, so that was lovely). Asked to leave our bags there after check out and they said: as long as you need! Asked if i could have some coffee and tea after we had already checked out, and they said: of course! And they wouldn't take any money for it. Super lovely breakfast as well and again, the rooms and staff was superb. Hotel is also about a 15 min walk to the center of Tirana.

Breakfast is good, from sweet to savory, there's a bit of everything. The hotel is in a great location. Just 5 minutes walk from the center and bus stops. The cleanliness of the premises is excellent and the rooms are impeccable, with towels changed every day and never lacking shampoo and shower gel. The staff was very kind, especially Giuliano who speaks Italian very well and was a great help to us.
