The hotel is beautiful very modern and very clean. The receptionist almarilda was an absolute asset to this hotel. She helped with places to go and printing our boarding passes when we struggled with technology. 🤣 you also get the spa use free for one hour which again was very clean and relaxing. I would most definitely return to stay here if returning to Tirana.

- just a 10 minutes walk from skanderbeg square, so really central! - lovely spa - had 1 hour free use every day. In addition we booked massage, which was great - big and spacious room, loved it - we had a really comfortable stay! - breakfast is good, not extravagant, but it works.

- we weren’t expecting a junior suite in the first floor. Normally it’s more higher up - and that’s why we booked it. But it was not to much of a big deal, but If you book a suite/junior suite, make sure to ask for a floor higher up :) - the room had a strong perfume smell. If you are allergic it can be a problem.

Hotel Elisia Tirana is a fantastic place to stay if you’re visiting the city, not just for the comfort, but also for its unbeatable location. Right in the heart of Tirana, it’s incredibly easy to explore the city on foot, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and cultural sights just minutes away. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help or offer local recommendations. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast – a generous spread of options, but what truly stood out were the jams and marmalades; honestly, some of the best I’ve ever had. The hotel itself is very well maintained, with clean, modern rooms that offer great views of the city. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel both relaxed and connected to the vibrant energy of Tirana.

One of the few drawbacks during my stay at Hotel Elisia Tirana was the lack of in-room ironing facilities. It was a bit inconvenient having to call down each time for an iron, especially when getting ready in a hurry. It would have been far more practical to have an iron and ironing board available in the room. Additionally, on our first night, the air conditioning was unexpectedly set to full heat, making the room quite uncomfortable until we managed to adjust it. While these were minor issues in an otherwise pleasant stay, they’re worth noting for future guests.

I have been in many hotels in Tirana but Hotel Elisa it’s one of my favourite, the room it was perfect very clean, big , and very good view. the best in this hotel is the personal, we where there at night and the guy in reception he was very friendly helpful and professional. thank you 🙏🙏🥰

Nevermind staying here, I'd like to move in! This hotel was so awesome - not just the accommodations, but the atmosphere itself, due to how personable the staff are! They are very helpful, talkative and kind. The rooms were stylish, and the bed was very comfy - it had 2 types of pillows, which I loved. The value is extraordinary, and it comes with daily spa time, as well. The breakfast is delicious and varied, and the restaurant serves great food for dinner, as well (I recommend the Elisa Salad). The rooms were quiet, and the AC worked like a charm. Also, it's only about a 10-12 minute walk to Skanderbeg Square.

The amazing front of house staff, Blerina and Diana were the highlight of our stay at the hotel! Super helpful and kind, true asset to the hotel. Brisilda, who was in the Ume Spa reception, was also equally helpful and kind. Thank you ladies for making my birthday stay at the hotel so memorable! Great, modern new hotel with a relaxed environment throughout. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly. The food options available at breakfast were plentiful and it was nice to have the outside courtyard space to sit in. The use of Ume Spa facilities was very nice, especially the jacuzzi! Would definitely recommend booking their massages! Room was nice and spacious (with the most amazing pillows!), leading onto a very large balcony. Only a 10min walk to Skanderbeg Square and other tourist attractions and a lovely area with cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops and cinema in Murat Toptani street.

It is a real shame that the ‘management’ at the hotel seemed to do their best to avoid physically speaking with customers and letting front of house team get all the stick! Management, you really need to do more to deal with customers face to face. To achieve ‘exceptional’ customer service for managers should speak with customers directly, especially after I personally requested to speak with a manager and my request was ignored! The location of the property is a little out of place and not in keeping with the ‘luxury’ hotel classification, being right in the middle of a residential area with run down buildings surrounding the hotel. Although, there are new developments happening nearby. Google maps does not show the correct location of the hotel.

The hotel is great,location is also good,the man who helped us for parking was so kind. i dont like the receptionist who said to us that room would be ready at 13:00pm and when we arrived she said at 15:00pm,also she was so rude not knowing how to talk to people. anything else was good!

Fantastic hotel with great staff, very convenient location (10 minutes on foot to main square). Everything is in great shape and very modern: the lobby, the restaurant area, the rooms, the spa. I enjoyed the spacious and very well equipped room (only thing I could have wished for more: a kettle to boil water for tea) with a nice view over the city and the mountains. The room is in great shape, although the large windows could need a cleaning. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The restaurant offers nice food at a very fair price (discounted for hotel guests) in a pleasant atmosphere. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would always stay there again when returning to Tirana.

Breakfast was overall good, but could have benefited from a few more / higher-quality options: the coffee machine is not great, and while the pastry selection is big, I was missing the "wow"-factor that I am looking for at a 4-star-hotel breakfast. This was not a big problem, but looking at how awesome the hotel is in general, I felt that the breakfast did not entirely match this.

The staff was really nice; the facilities are great as in every Meliã; the room was overall cozy and always very clean; the breakfast didn't have much variety but everything was delicious; the location is good, close to the center of Tirana, you can walk your way to Skanderbeg Square and experience all the liveliness of the city.

The room temperature was an issue during the staying: we melted all day, everyday. The room was small and was warm by the sun the entire day, making it a sauna. The AC system was set to hot, automaticaly, and we couldn't use it. The room had a small window, very high. only reachable with a stool.

I stayed here for my vacation and my God was it amazing. 100% recommend and worth my money. I will be back. Please I encourage you to stay here. Walk to all tourist centers and was amazing. Amazing breakfast ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I stayed here for my vacation in May and December, its a wholesome experience, very neat, very luxurious and very beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is lovely and amazing especially Ariana. A wonderful staff at HE. The pool and emotional shower is also a wonderful experience. I love it here and everytime I’m in Tirana I’m definitely staying here❤️
