The hotel is in a good location where we could walk almost everywhere and easy to get buses to airport etc. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. The indoor heated pool was a great perk of the stay and breakfast was really good.

You could hear the sound of the road so sound proofing could be better but it is a city centre hotel after all. The rooms might have ideally been slightly bigger to have more space for luggage etc but as we were only there one night it didn’t matter too much.

Our flight was delayed in Brussels by 2 hours but although our delay the hotel staff was so accurate that the pick up went very smooth. I never saw somewhere else an hotel that is so attent! During our stay we had a lot of questions about how to get by foot to a place. Vanesa the receptionist explained the way even better than Google maps. She really cares about the guests and how to make them feel comfortable. I am sure that Vanesa is the best receptionist in the world. So attent, carefull and fantastic. 👌🇦🇱

My partner and I both agree that our room was the best we've ever stayed in (tip: ask for a room number ending in 03!). Huge room. Floor to ceiling windows with great views of the mountains, comfortable bed, large bathroom with powerful showers. 9th floor lounge bar offered views of some fabulous sunsets. Great location with the Bazaar and Skanderbeu Square just a couple of minutes walk in either direction. Ground floor coffee bar clearly popular with locals. Staff were great. Problems with our flight delayed our arrival from mid-afternoon until after well after midnight, but the hotel reception continued to liaise with us and the transfer service all through the day to ensure we successfully made it to the hotel; and even at that late hour were able to offer us a (very welcome!) drink. All through the remainder of our stay, everyone at the hotel made us feel always very well looked after. We'd love to return to Tiranë some day, and if we do, the Black Diamond will certainly be our no.1 choice!

We didn't stay long enough to be able to avail ourselves of all the hotel's facilities. We were particularly intrigued by the 'Salt Room' but never had an opportunity to experience it (or the gym, or the pool!).

This place is definitely worth the money. Hotel is stylish, room comfortable and cleaned on daily base, it has everything you need for longer period of stay, from the indoor pool at -4. floor to amazing view at the rooftop bar. Food in the restaurant was fresh and with many different choices for your breakfest time and friendly waitress there to help if needed at all times. Acctually, the whole team of young people working there is probably the best and most important part of this hotel! Service there is something you don't see often, from the check-in to check-out everything was perfect!

I’m very particular when it comes to pillows—if they’re not right, I simply can’t sleep. Fortunately, both the pillows and the beds were incredibly comfortable and exactly to my liking. The adjustable air conditioning was also a big plus, allowing us to set the temperature just right for a perfect night’s sleep. The hotel is also ideally located within walking distance of the beautiful Grand Mosque of Tirana, as well as a modern shopping center offering a wide range of facilities and stores.

The hotel has all the amenities I had in mind- functional gum, swimming pool and spa. I enjoyed my time in the gym and the pool.

I was given a room different from what I booked and I was charged even before getting to the hotel. When I complained about the room nothing was done by the night staff that checked me in. The room I was given had no TV remote and it took more than 24hours to get me a remote, after repeated complain to more than one staff. You cannot view international channels like netflix here. The hotel has no account and all other channels are not in english.

This hotel has great service and excellent facilities for a great price. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. All the public areas were immaculate as was the room. Very comfortable bed, nice powerful shower and great air con ( we visited when the city was at 40 degrees). We had breakfast at the hotel, which offered a hot and cold buffet, with something for all tastes. The hotel is central and quite close to Skanderbeg Square, so a good base to see the city.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t really like about the hotel, the only advice I would offer is if you have arranged to use the hotel car park, don’t search for it as you will not find it, pull up outside the hotel and go in, one of the lovely team will take you down to the car park which is under the hotel. The man (sorry never got his name) who helped us park up was very friendly and helped us find our way in the hotel and with our luggage .

Very good hotel. Location is great. Bed and pillow were very comfortable. Hotel slippers were very sturdy. Towels and bathrobes were thick and good quality. Heating was working very well. Great facilities since there were options. Amazing breakfast. Staff were nice especially Rose. She was very friendly and helpful.

The sauna and steam room were not really hot as expected. And the water in swimming pool had things floating on it, the jacuzzi smelled something. The price on booking.com was not the amount we paid on site. They asked for more and when we said that is not what was booked, they just answered “this is the price now”

It’s a very comfortable and clean hotel in an excellent location. However, some maintenance improvements are needed, as there were minor issues in the room, like a bathroom mirror light that didn’t work, a stiff bathroom door that needed planing, and a balcony door that couldn’t be locked. That said, the hotel is in a country still developing its approach to customer service, and the staff genuinely seem to be doing their best. The staff were very helpful, especially Ruby at the rooftop bar and during breakfast. The breakfast selection was lovely, with eggs, bacon, sausages, and all the typical continental options, so I was surprised by some of the negative reviews. The only complaint would be the coffee, as the cups were quite small. The swimming pool and spa area were clean and well-maintained, and the lady there (I didn’t catch her name) was very attentive and did her best to provide good service.

Beautiful location!!! The guest services were simply amazing! I asked their help over and over again and they always were simply fantastic! Just ask and they have a solution for you! I felt right at home! Ona at front desk is highly professional yet a warm personality! Here I found the best spa to enjoy our stay. I booked Genta almost everyday for massage and it was my savior. It helped so much with sleeping well especially important since traveling from Florida. We had best filet mignon cooked by chef Oni! Breakfast was simply delicious plenty of variety. My favorite was fresh squeezed orange juice served by Christiana. I can’t wait to visit their location in Dhermi this weekend! ❤️
