The employees are very attentive. Breakfast is buffet style and sufficient. location is great. everything is at your fingertips.

The rooms are small and not suitable for three people. It is quite sufficient and comfortable for a maximum of two people.

Great location and very nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Bathroom excellent. A few things could be improved.

Room 106: window was open on arrival so room was very cold, and window would not close properly so it was cold & noisy all night in bad weather. Missing bedside lamp on wall in bedroom. Breakfast room was freezing cold. Breakfast could be better, for example serve cappucino croissants without chocolate in. Room A01 smelled of drains from the bathroom, but not all the time.

The staff at the reception is kind. Rooms are nice and comfy. Location is perfect, and although in the city centre, it is quite at night.

On the first day, there was no hot water at all. The second day I realised that it was because on the 1st day there were not too many guests in the hotel, and only after more guests arrived on the 2nd day, they turned on the water heaters. The same applied to coffee at breakfast. They said there is no coffee as machine is not working but the 2nd morning as there were more people, the machine started to work. Also, at breakfast leftovers from the previous day were served like omlete and pancakes.

Nice rooms and awesome service. Everything clean, very clean. The location was perfect and we enjoyed a nice breakfast. We did a mistake in the booking and we chose the Twin Room instead of the Double Room, despite of arriving late at night we could change it. The reception was all the time very nice and friendly. I really recommend this place.

The breakfast was very satisfactory. The rooms were clean and the place was very close to the center. Also there is a hotel parking available. The room was cleaned during the day.

Parking is charged at 5 euros per night of stay, which was not clear in a conversation with the hotel. When asked about availability, the answer was "definitely included" . Also, an extra hourly charge was requested from the valet.
