The location of the hotel was very central to all attractions and amenities. Hotel room was comfy, practical and stylish design. Beds were super comfy and room roomy and quiet. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, even printing off boarding passes for flights for free when requested.

The hotel would benefit from signposting from the road as not super easy to find without google maps. I didnt buy breakfast as thought too pricey for the location as lots of cafes and restaurants close by. The room would benefit from a kettle and cups etc to make a coffee at your own leisure.

All the staff we interacted with were polite, courteous, fluent in English, and eager to make us feel at home, both in the hotel and in the city. The hotel's location is very convenient, as it is just a few steps from many attractions. Since we enjoy walking and exploring, we chose to walk instead of using public transport. There are numerous small shops within a few hundred metres of the hotel, making it easy to stock up on items for our minibar. This establishment is truly wonderful, and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The room was spotless and the bathroom was simple, elegant design makes you feel comfortable. The view from the room was amazing. There’s a small fridge in the room, no kettle. They provided paper slippers. The bed was huge and very comfy. With this price and excellent location is totally worthy. Downstairs you will find tons of restaurants and everything you need, even in the hotel also have a restaurant. The staffs were so kind and helpful, they helped us to print the boarding passes which only Tirana airport still requires that. It is near the shuttle bus station heading to the airport like 5 mins by foot.

We very much enjoyed our stay at StarLight hotel. The room was really nice. Good, spacious, big bathroom and free water bottles every day. The staff in the reception and the cleaning shads were nice and friendly staff. The hotel is in walking distance to most things. Would definitely stay here again.

If I had to find anything to fault it would be that the bed and pillow was a little too hard for my liking. But that all comes down to preference of cause.

Almost everything about StarLight hotel was perfect. This is by far one of the best city hotels we've ever stayed at, and we've done many. The location is near the center of Tirana without being too close to the traffic and crowds. The main square is 5mins by foot, many attractions and restaurants are 10mins away. Getting to the bus station that goes to Dajti was easy. There's 5EUR/night private parking, a currency conversion place and several convenience stores nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Even the one day where we asked if we could have something for food at around 11am before heading off, they got their chef and barista and made us some a la carte items. There are 2 very fast elevators in the hotel. A/C is perfect and easily manageable in the room. The room we booked was a bit smaller than expected, but it was very easily manageable for 3 days. There's plenty of storage closets, a safe, a mini fridge, a big desk area, a super clean bathroom with a bidet, all the chargers and amenities you expect. And best of all, the beds are extremely comfortable, the pillows are fluffy, and the bedding is nice (none of that cheap synthetic you find in other hotels, which makes you sweat through the night). All in all, a very very very easy recommendation from us.

We ran out of water one night and wanted a bottle around midnight - we were told the bar was closed. So be sure to bring extra water with you. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great location, clean and comfortable beds.

Staff entered my room with one knock and then used a key to open my door before I could see what they wanted. Completely unacceptable. They had a previous guest with them who was looking for a pair of sunglasses. I had been in the room for two days by then and was very upset that they just entered my room without notice and without allowing me to meet them at the door after one quick knock. I want the manager of this hotel to be aware of this complete breech of my privacy.

The hotel location is extremely good with access to so many restaurants, park and bus stations. The room was very clean and good for value. Staff were helpful and nice

There was no provision of any tea/coffee sachet, which I think is a basic thing to be provided. Also there was no brush/ paste as any good value hotel would provide. Other than that it was really good

Modern hotel, great location, friendly staff. We were given a complimentary upgrade on a Monday night to a fantastic 6th floor room with an amazing balcony view. Soundproofing, black out curtains, fridge in the room, huge bed, ambient lighting, aircon, WiFi, immaculate throughout. They stored our luggage the next day. Vodafone shop opposite, short walk to castle area. Would stay again.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Coffee in bar was fair price, wine was expensive.

Everything was truly amazing here! The staff were professional and so friendy😊special thanks to Geraltina and Indola at the front desk, they were knowledgeable and gave great suggestions on where to shop and eat. Another massive shout to Dorio the BEST bartender in Tirana😊😊😊His cocktails were amazing and he shown fantastic customer service every time we saw him. Truly a pleasure to meet. The room meet more then my expectation, everything was spotless and modern. Had room 601, the size was good and it also had a balcony ( view was not that great however that’s not the hotel fault) I will definitely recommend to family and family🙌🏾 Looking forward to returning. Once again thank you for your impeccable service.

Excellent location… I got off the airport shuttle bus @ 3:45AM … walked less than 8 minutes to the hotel via the major street … felt super safe as female solo traveler… front desk staff Alda was very polite and helpful… she went above and beyond to arrange my luggage storage for more than a week… making the whole experience so enjoyable… room was quiet & super clean… has everything you need
