The staff is not normal, happy ,smiling , I really asked the stuff of they getting paid to laugh!! Already when we came in to the hotel , the reception guy his name is kliti make our stay already, he was joking with us , gave us a key for 3 rooms to choose , where you see this things ? Never in hotel I get to choose the room !! He asked if we smoking , we said yes and he say oke I will give you room with balcony!! I was in shock really , I travel alot never in my life I got treated like this , even if you asking for balcony, straight they say is more money . We come to the room , the room is beautiful, clean and unbelievable the curtain make compleet dark , is small thing but I am sure that all of you asked your self why the curtains are always so thin and let so much light getting into the room !! I sleep with complete dark , and I have sleep problems. Then we coming in the morning to the breakfast and as we coming in the women her name is Blerinda With a big smile all the time but all the time like she won the lotto , so sweet but so sweet that in the end I gave her a hug and told her that she so beautiful and is amazing she all the time have big smile on her face !! Apart then, this is the location !! Location !! I don't think I could be closer to this to the center !! Really , the hotel is in the center next to the park next to the market next to all the good things you want to see . Thank you very much for making our time so beautiful !! We will never forget it and for sure we will back !!

That we left

The location is right in the heart of Tirana close to all the main attractions but still manages to feel quiet as it is on a small side street. The staff where bilingual and spoke good English, they're very helpful, cheerful and a wealth of knowledge on Tirana. The room had a coffee maker with is a great touch to be able to have a proper coffee. The room also had a mini bar, safe, air conditioning and a iron. The number of outlets was adequate for a couple to charge their devices. The breakfast had a great selection of options to cater for most dietary needs but the best part for me was the selection of cakes and sweet pastries.

My experience at Lot Boutique Hotel was absolutely outstanding. The breakfast was a real delight, an Albanian meal served buffet style, with a wide variety of fresh, local options. It was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had anywhere in Albania. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the centre of Tirana, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Most key attractions, cafes, restaurants and shops are just a short walk away. The room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, welcoming, and helpful. Even though we arrived early, they allowed us to check in right away, which we really appreciated. I cannot praise Lot Boutique Hotel enough. It exceeded all expectations, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tirana. Highly recommended!

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. It was an amazing experience.

The hotel has a good location close to the main attractions of Tirana. The staff are nice, the room is clean and the breakfast is correct..

If you come on foot, it’s a little bit complicated to find the hotel the first time. I forgot my charger in the room but unfortunately it was no longer there when I came back to get it.

This is a great hotel in a superb location in Tirana. It was a little difficult to access by car, due to the narrow surrounding roads, but once we found it the staff were helpful in directing us to park and then escorting us to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and have excellent views of the city. It is a ten minute walk, maximum, to the main square and tourist sights. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The staff were able to put some sparkling wine and fruit in our room on arrival, at a small cost requested in advance, which was a nice touch. Would stay here again.

The rooms are a little tired and things like carpets perhaps need updating, but for the cost and location, this hotel is great value for money.

The location was excellent and the staff really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and plentiful.

- If you're a bit sensitive to noise, like I am, ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Although the double glazing was quite good in our room at the front of the hotel, I did need to wear earplugs as I could still hear the road noise (it's a very busy road). You won't miss out on a view, as it's just a road and buildings at the front. - Although the breakfast is help-yourself, you do have to ask someone to make you a tea or coffee. It would be much easier to have a self-service machine, but I understand it's not a very big breakfast room. But I'm being picky, as generally it's a great hotel.

The hotel is centrally located, room are big and bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good, fresh juice and a variety of food for different types of breakfast. The staff is very polite and helpful. We enjoyed a lot our stay.

Everything was good

Excellent location in the City Centre. Extremely helpful and courteous staff, always smiling and determined to make our stay as pleasant as possible - breakfast cook, receptionists and cleaning lady were all superb. We arrived at around 09.00 and were allowed to move in to the room immediately and we were offered and accepted a complimentary breakfast. We were also allowed to check out 30 minutes late. I've travelled a lot in my time and this was probably the best for service.

My only slight criticism is that the breakfast eggs were inevitably barely warm enough to eat. Please get a better chafing system

The location is very convenient, very close to the city center and to a variety of shops. It has a supervised parking, close to the hotel entrance. The room was coquette and well equipped, they could provide us a cot. Delicious breakfast.

The entry is uncomfortable if you are using a stroller (as we did). There wasn’t exactly a view from the balcony, just the apartments from across the street. Some things from the breakfast for example the mineral water are not included in the price and you have to pay extra, also the dining room was very narrow and easily got crowded.

The location is very good and the kindness of some workers

After my checkin, I confused room number and inside orher room (empty). After some minutes they realized and came. The lady of the afternoon shift was "inaccurate" explaining why my key room opened other room. She didn't have any explanation and just invented something inappropriate instead to say " sorry, we will check and fix". Acussed me to go inside other room (empty and also ready for a new guest). Older people cannot see very well small numbers on the paper and deserve better explanation rather than stupid excuses. So, security was my big concern...
